Deads : 5/3/1 plus FSL 3 x 5…
played around with form. Brought my shin in closer to the bar on set up. Focusing on a more vertical shin when pulling.

Db rows: 5 x 10 @ sw nothing realy demanding

Reverse lunges
Standing cable crunches.

Seated BNP : 5/3/1 FSL 3 x 8. Got a wild hair. Droped the training max low. Shoulder felt good doing these. Keeping them

Did 15@ 85% of tm . Pretty much a rep pr every session . Dont expect that to change soon considering how much my strength dropped.

Probably going to regret not doing some form of deload. Probably eventually down the road switch to 3/5/1 to maximize recovery. Part of the problem is i havent fully zoned in on the nutritional end of things.

Thinking of switching to 5 pro variation.

Had to cut it short got a late start and need to pick my youngest up from work.

Deadlift: 5/3/1 5pro

Worked up after the 85% x 5
Working up, i used straps after i noticed mix grip was putting odd stress on the right bicep.

Ended up 365 x 5 which werent grinders.
( side note: i go beltless)
Ill take it considering i squeaked out a single with it on March 28th.

No joke, I’ve always been envious of your kids for having you as a dad. I love my dad, no question, but when it came to exercise advice, all he had was the stuff he learned in the Air Force in the early 80s, and I of course ate it up because he was Superman to me. If I had you as a mentor, I think about how much further I could have been.

So from one dad to another and from the son of another dad: you’re rocking it dude, and I’m happy and proud for you.

Well… i need to take my partner to get a test done. Which she will be sedated for. So i decided to get a session in today ( feel like ass )since ill be wrapped up for the next 2 days.

Seated BTNP: 5/3/1, 5 Pro
Worked up again after the base sets. Ended up 30% over the TM for 5. Propably had another 10% but hazard against it.

Close grip Bench: ( shoulder saver pad) 5 × 8 @ Sw. Felt pretty light.
Figure ill do these for awhile . Want to put Dips back on the menu.

Pull downs : 50/ 5 @ Sw TR 55

K shrugs : 50/ 2 @ Sw. TR 50

Update… eating less like a asshole
Pants fit better …1 inch back on the arms. Veins are more visible and looks like i have triceps and biceps again.

Reverse lunges: 5 sets… this just suck. Muscle coordinating is still too wonky for using additional weight
