Used more of a olympic style. Threw on a pair of O shoes. Felt pretty strong. Conditioning is the limiting factor.
Bench: same rep scheme as squats
Bent rows: bunch.

Well i had a kindle copy, I went ahead and decided to get a hard copy of beyond 5/3/1. Which came in yesterday. I prefer physical books over e -books.
