Well i dont have a issue with a science based approach.
Of course from what ive seen over time. Most people who arent seeing progress especially in beginners. Has nothing to do with lack of science.

The recent stuff tests which is better, full body or split? full range or partial reps? Barbells or machines? In every case, it doesn’t matter. It all does the same results. So if you gain on any program, you gain on anything. If you don’t gain on a program, you won’t gain on anything. Which is just what I’ve seen all my life.
