Bunch of band stuff to warm up
Bench: top set of only 300lbs x 6 leaving a few in tank drop down did 3x5 @ 235

Natural grip pull ups : a few not the stupid amount like last time

Seated Swiss bar French press: 50/ 5 @ sw TR 60
Seated db cleans : 3 x 12 @ sw

That would put your max bench well over 350lb?

Not at the moment…too many secondary muscles are down along with rust from the layoff.

Really odd to me that you got guys go into their TRT stuff…but dont go into their actual lifting or diet approach.

They don’t lift, at least not seriously, for the most part. Some of them ride bicycles, not sure at what level or seriousness. Most of them are not lifters at all, just looking for an injection to fix everything. That’s why they’re so frigging whiny and anxiety ridden about everything.

Yeah… thats been my contention. I just didn’t want to come out and say it straight out. Seen one guy that has a log… talks mostly about his TRT and I use that term lightly. Other then a few comments about his eating not much of anything regarding actual lifting programming . of course it would explain why some one running enough gear to choke a horse looks mehhh…

Drop down 3x3 easy

Bent rows: 5x5 @ sw
V handle pull downs: 3x10
K rows: ended up doing 3x 20
Bent flies: 3 x20
GHR: 3 x10

Yeah …going ahead and start doing whole sale slaughter on the upper back on this day. Little old school bro approach.
