Sure. You say that now, but it’s early in this game ![]()

As I mentioned… one of my key concerns is rebuilding and strengthing the upper back. Like i mentioned im taking a page out of my old play book. Hitting it from different angles with a variety of rep ranges.
I swear if some would stop overthinking shit and rolled up their sleeves and got their hands dirty. They might actually see better results. Instead we got guys worried about shit that in the big picture means jack and shit.
I think “Shut up and lift” needs to make a comeback. Maybe T-Nation can sell that shirt.
Shit gets ridiculous…at times.
Certain someone was stuck in his kennel while the boss lifted.
Bunch of band stuff to warm up shoulder
Seated BTNP: top set of just 150… broke my cap rule and repped out 15. Anymore and I would have ran into technique break down.
Drop down did. 3x5 @ 120lbs
CG shoulder saver bench: 5x5 @ 225 lbs went light on these
One arm DB rows: 40/3@sw TR 37
Curls: whatever… learned today that a exercise you dislike can cause a rise in stress hormone. Better be careful on these.
Probably in another six weeks I’ll make a adjusted on my training maxes.
More I think about it…one of two things will happen with my upper back.
Either my strength will explode and upper back will ballon up.
Or
I’ll fall off the cliff …not allot of middle ground
LOL. Get some man. I have decided that, seeing as I don’t compete anymore, the stuff I did for competition training can take a flying leap. I’ll do what I want damnit.
hell the only reason I do them is to cover my bases. They bore the living hell out of me…
Still not sure if the one poster actually buys what he’s saying.
@hardartery I do have the attitude regarding using a regular bar for Deads. Since my give a fuck is busted I would rather pull with a trapbar
Get some!
3 x 510, under 25. Excellent work and coaching too.
I can’t take much credit at the moment.
Who cares if he’s been getting other instruction? You deserve a ton of credit. That kid’s strong as fuck, haha.
Thanks for the compliment

You paid for him, you get the credit. (And I don’t mean just money, you paid in time and anxiety as well)
Cant argue those points.![]()
