Bulldog: Working on regaining man card

Squats (buffalo bar) 2 x bar
95
135
200
245
295
345 x 3
395 x 3
440 x 6… had a rep or two in me
345 x 15
Strict GM’s: 5 x 10 x 165
Band crunches : 5 x 10

Between not having to pull sumo now which allowed my hips too feel fresh and a large amount of cold&Flu medication it was a OK session.

Excluding after certain sets I felt woozy or felt like projectile vomiting…
On another note Ive dropped over ten lbs in the past week. But its not a weight loss plan i would suggest for anyone.

Bench: 2 x bar
95
135
200
240
260 x 5
300 x 5
340 x 8…all things considered not bad
260 x 8/8/5
Lying Db extensions : 5 x 10 x sw
Cybex arm curls: WHO CARES
band pull aparts: 5 x 20

Looks like you’re doing great work with your son and you’re molding an athlete as well as a formidable person.

370 x 5
420 x 3

Felt stupid and worked up…
500 x 0… Found that I cant place the Buffalo Bar in the low bar position very well. The damn thing slid down my back as I was going into the hole. Didnt want to dump it so I went all the way down and placed it on the catches.
500 x 1
525 x 1…ehhh felt heavy. Good note heaviest ive gone in a long while at least post labrum tear.
call me lazy but I felt that was enough work skipped back off set and my normal work for the day. Next time that I work up I will use my normal power bar.

Worked Dakota up on back squats…able to get 340 fairly easy.

bench: bar
95
135
160
200
240
280 x 3
320 x 3
360 x 5…ugh should have listen to my carcass and just did 3
3 x 8 x 280
Lying Db extensions: 5 x 10 x sw
Cybex arm curls: 5 x 10 x SW
band pull aparts: 5 x 20

Kind of a off day where I should have listen to what my body told me. Think I tweaked my left bicep Monday when the bar started sliding down my back. damn thing was letting me know it was pissed off. plus for some reason i couldnt seem to maintain upper back tightness.

360 x 5 is still nice especially considering the disgruntled biceps.

yeah your correct I shouldn’t look a gift hoarse in the mouth…

Damn it… my hips were irritated yesterday to the point I could not get into proper position to pull. Could generate Zero drive and ended up having to shut it down.

SON of a Bitch…PuP got 260 x 5 on Fronts.

AHMEN

I don’t know if he’s right or wrong but he has good points and much of what he’s saying makes sense. It’s also kind of smack you in the face funny.
