Finished up on what I should have done yesterday…

Pull Ups: got a wild hair and just did them set after set until I was destroyed . Feels like the meat is coming off the bone at the moment. Considering how long its been,you better believe i will pay for it.

Well. Got advised that I need to increase something more by my go to opinion guy based off my bar speed. Not sure if I’ll up the % or tweak the band tension.

SS Yoke Bar squats: worked up to a top set of 475lbs/215.4kgs for a single backed down and did 2 x 5 @ 72.5%

In retrospect I should have worked up to a heavy triple and not single. Pretty much think
my body was telling me it was only allowing Monday to be a good day and not to press my luck. On the last single my upper back rounded out of the hole and I had to fight from crumpling over . in the process my head almost exploded…

Shoulder saver Bench: only 395lbs/179.1kgs for a single played it by ear wasnt feeling strong today and the weight felt heavy coming down so played it safe.
went down and did 2 x 5 @ 72.5%

Dynamic Squats: 8 x 2 @ 50% plus average band

Messed around and choked up the bands for more tension. After the first 2 sets ended up backing off the tension slightly. But had enough that the bar wasn’t coming off my shoulders.
I will say these felt Brutal Not sure it was the band tension or the fact i am running a low grade fever and congested .

Modified sumo off 4 inch blocks: 8 x 1 @ 70%… these felt easier , since i a m starting to dial in things. Next cycle ill go ahead and pull from the ground.

GHR: 3 x 10… felt like ass
Stand band crunches: 3 x 20
Good God ! This session felt wayyyyy too my like drudgery.
