In retrospect I should have worked up to a heavy triple and not single. Pretty much think

Messed around and choked up the bands for more tension. After the first 2 sets ended up backing off the tension slightly. But had enough that the bar wasnāt coming off my shoulders.
I will say these felt Brutal Not sure it was the band tension or the fact i am running a low grade fever and congested .
Modified sumo off 4 inch blocks: 8 x 1 @ 70%⦠these felt easier , since i a m starting to dial in things. Next cycle ill go ahead and pull from the ground.
