Thanks for the compliment brother. Yeah, im dealing with bracing issues myself because of a abdominal issue. So im sorta in the same boat because of learning how to brace a little different.

I had the same issue at certain point⦠between a full time job and making the proper time raising two sons. You know how it is , it becomes a matter of just squeezing gym time when you can.

Dynamic squats: 12 x 2 @ 40% plus light bands⦠boxless with Buffalo Bar. Wow⦠im getting more explosive out of the hole. Was not expecting that due to my age .
speed pulls: 12 x 1 @ SW, pulled off 4 inch blocks , doing so until hip mobility improve.
GHR: 5 x 10
Standing Band crunches: 5 x 20
Guess I should video my ghrās but since I didnāt, how hard are they for you? And do you set your knees below or on the pad? I make a one pin adjustment and it gets way harder too the point Iām compromising form.
With the floor model I had there was no knee below the pad. Now from
what I know a little knee below is acceptable as long as your still feeling it in the correct spot.

Dynamic Bench: 12 x 3 @ 45%plus mini bands
Close grip with Shoulder saver: 3 x 6-8 @SW plus kept the bands on. Yeah these sucked since I have never tried this before. Worked up and choked on the last setā¦
Standing Swiss bar OHP: 4 x 10 @ SW
Bent rows: 5 x 15 @ SW

Band pulls to throat: 3 x 20

How you phrased that I could make some crude joke. Honestly wish I knew how much band tension was in play.
Been advice to use same percentage i selected for the pendulum wave on dynamic squats. But move up to a average band as opposed to the light one I used.

Modified sumo 4 inch block pulls: worked up to a top working single, went down and did 3 x 3 @ 70% of top working single. At this stage trying to get the movement down the weight itself doesnt feel heavy just awkward .
Lunges: 3 x 10 @ SW
Hyper extensions: 5 x 10
Standing band crunches: 5 x 20
Feels like Tommy Lee has played drums on my actual ass. Keep this up and Iāll be on my way to having a bulbss butt.
