After looking at the parts breakdown of the Hyper extensions I got off Titian site …

hyper%20breakdown%20(2)

Its becoming obvious my plan of replacing the pad from my floor GHR is doable . It should be a simple conversion and inexpensive . With cost being for 4 wood anchor inserts and 4- 3/8’ standard bolts since the one that comes with it are metric.

You can do it!

Its not so much in my ability to do it… its a matter if things will line up correctly with the foreign pad with the foot plate. Worst case I can take the one post in that regulate the height of it and have one of are pre fab guys drill me some more holes on a drill press if needed.

modified Sumo deads: A shit ton , but not allot of weight. Focusing on form…good god my glutes started to cramp.

that was all
I will say I do have a good feeling about these once I start getting the pattern down. Last time I was too impatient.

Good luck.
I’ve tried retro fitting some items in the past. Pain in the rear, with workable but not great results.

Yeah if this item was more expensive I would do it. But luckily I have a fabrication I can turn to .

Hmmm… feels like some one used my Butt as bongo drums .

yeah for the record I wont post my numbers on the modified sumo since doing so will make me focus on the weight and not the form.

Sleep was ass last night. Going to postpone lifting until tomorrow morning. Going to mess with the pad on the modification project. The fabricating guy wants to do more in-depth stuff on it to make it more sturdy for my intentions.

Well guess I’ll get on the hamster wheel to get some blood flow going.

How’s the new rack?

Loving it… its a freaking tank. Just having to get use to all the different peg heights .

Well I’m content with the rate of gains I’m seeing on the rebuild on the squats. But darnn I’m feeling my age.
