Bulldog: Working on regaining man card

All good on my end

Bullpup will like it

When ever he comes home on the weekend and not seeing his tail.

Been thinking about it… Based off of the SSbar the other day. Got the feeling that if my ass was on the line I might be able to squeeze out 550 squat with a conventional bar.

I think so too. Everything looked good the other day.

I’m pretty surprised at the rate of the progress im seeing. I knew I would see some but didn’t expect it would be this fast all things considered. obviously my approach is agreeing with me at this point.

Some mammoth work in here!
Do you follow a typical westside template? I’m wanting to give it a shot when I finish dropping weight, so any advice would be much appreciated. There’s so much conflicting info on different ways to approach it for raw lifting.

Bpapa
From yesterday

Dynamic bench: 8 x 3 @ 60%
SeatedBTNP: 3 x 5-8 @ SW
Push ups: #3 X AMRAP

SHIT TON OF BELOW:

Curls: dont care
Banded tricep work: allot
Bent flyes: 3 x 10

Ehh maybe for a old guy…lol

If your asking me if I do an upper/lower ME and 2 upper/lower dynamic days while utilizing the Max effort, Dynamic effort and reputation method the answer is yes. But out of respect to Louie we will just say I am using the conjugate method. All things considered there is no one fit all template for the approach IMO.

sure i will answer any specific questions if I can…

Yeah, the method has pretty much ignored by most of the RAW community it seems with a small hand full that utilizes it either year-round or the majority…. I think the reason why some lifters are not seeing success to a extent is that they are trying to emulate 100% of what the geared lifters are doing in training without taking certain differences into consideration.

FUCK!!

Rack wasnt delivered today!! I was informed since it is categorized as freight I have to be home to receive it! ETA 1pm to 4 PM Friday now.

Which ME lifts do you find have the most carryover to the big three?
Also, do you rotate lifts every week?
Any help’s much appreciated.

Which ME will have the most carry over is going to vary depending on your own individual weaknesses and leverages.

Most Raw guys IMO ( there are exceptions) tend to need to focus on the bottom of the lift be it off the chest out of the hole or off the ground. But again its a individual thing.

Also the purpose of ME is learning how to strain under a load normally in the 90% plus range.

Yes weekly… but I keep my rotation list very short. Most guys getting into the ME effort can stick with the same movement for 3 weeks before the stall and or regress. I also try not getting too far from the competitive lifts.
