Yippy rack bolted down. Damn thing is solid as a tank
Dynamic squats: 10 x 2 @ 65% …lowered box down to 13 inches
SSBAR GM’s: 3 x 5-8 @ SW
Standing Band crunches : 5 x 20
Kinda fatigued today so I backed off the secondary stuff.

Thanks for posting that. I was listening to it live Friday when I was working on things
Nice squats mate and new rack looks sweeet as.
My wife feels the only rack i single be interested in is hers. Those squats tired me out … I was happy that I was generating enough power that the bar was coming off my shoulder at the top on a few sets.
Hang those chain off the bar so it doesn’t pop up at the top!
I plan on running a few more dynamic waves after which I will start messing with chains and bands on the dynamic stuff.
sounds like an 80’s hairdo.

Shoulder saver bench: worked up to a ugly 420lbs/190.5kgs for a single. went down 10% to get my third set in the 90% range. After which did 3 x 5 @ 70% of top set of the day.
Close grip Floor press swiss bar: worked up to two heavy working sets for 5
Chest supported DB rows: 5 x 10 @ SW
Stiff arm pulldowns: 5 x 10 @ SW
395 moved fast
Yeah the 420 would have been the same . But it got totally out of the grove coming down. With the end result being the crap fest I posted.
How are the j hooks on the new rack? They look pretty low profile and easy to lift out of.
Let me say the Jay hooks are ok. The big win on it is that the rack has what is know as the Westside hole pattern. I can set the j hooks exact to the point I can pull the bar out and not do a mini press.
Louie’s no dummy.
Also, good lifting!
Well he might be a genius or a complete mad man.

feeling a little fatigued today…
Or both?
Well yeah that’s one other option.
