I googled that Conan T-Shirt image, found it online, and bought one!

I get the biggest laugh when guys come on and don’t know jack and shit about basic programming. More specifically for clarification the ones who ask basic crap and they already have several cycles under their belt. Really come on now!

Catching up on your log and have never related to something more in my fucking life. Anytime he went for the belt but just to adjust his pants before laying into me with his hands was the worst, stomach dropping feeling in the world. Prayed for that belt over those heavy ass hands haha

Postpone lifting tonight.
Had a Doctors appointment on the north side of Indianapolis. Thanks to rush hour and construction it took me 2 and 3/4 hours to get back home.

Well that doesn’t sound good

Dynamic Box squat: 12 x 2 @ 60% Did these with a SSBAR but used the same wait I would use with a normal bar. So it made it a little tougher . But was able to maintain some good speed.

Seated GM’s: 5 x 8 @ SW
Step ups: 3 x 10 @ SW
Suit case deads: 3 x 6 @ SW
Standing Band crunches: 5 x 20

Ok and for those interested in what the Pup is up to…

Thats what i’m talking about, now to turn the training dial up to 11.

It’s beautiful!
Now I am thinking about the monolift attachment, thanks :smirk:

@DaCharmingAlbino I hope so for the cost!

The old carcass has more of a say then a new rack…

@ChickenLittle the mono will be a double edge sword… unless a do a meet this summer that uses Monos for squats. So better not get in the habit of using it all the time.
