Dynamic Box squat: 12 x 2 @ 60% Did these with a SSBAR but used the same wait I would use with a normal bar. So it made it a little tougher . But was able to maintain some good speed.
Seated GMās: 5 x 8 @ SW
Step ups: 3 x 10 @ SW
Suit case deads: 3 x 6 @ SW
Standing Band crunches: 5 x 20

Incline Bench: worked up to 350lbs/158.7kgs for a single ā¦not as smooth as I liked .
dropped down and did 3 x 5 @ 245lbs/111kgs
Jm press: worked up to a heavy set of 8 x SW
Chest supported db rows: 5 x 10 @ SW ⦠really focused on feeling them
Stiff arm pulldowns: 5 x 10@SW
Hammer curls swiss bar: 3 x 10 @ SW

@ChickenLittle the mono will be a double edge sword⦠unless a do a meet this summer that uses Monos for squats. So better not get in the habit of using it all the time.
