@ChickenLittle the other day the subject of sleds came up here is the surface im pulling on. Really limits the weight use and cuts down on any built up momentum

I gotcha. Mine is all lumps and bumps too. At least yours is still green!
I am thinking of using small plow disks for the feet so they will be curved up on all sides. Or using a silicone slip sheet on the bottom to use on the ā€œpavementā€. Still cyphering on it.

I did score 5 ft pieces of 1"x2" tubing last week for the farmers carry handles :grin:

do you want a sled to push or something to pull ? an old tire with some weights on it makes a great substitute for pulling and they are usually free.

I am wanting to build a push sled. I built a small pull sled out of wood, but want to upgrade.

Based off the video from yesterday my advisor commented that the weight was too light for me.

Stayed with my plan just did 3 total reps in the 90% range.

Incline Swiss bar: worked up to 275lbs/124.7kgs x 5 (easy)
Got stupid: 315lbs/142.8kgs x 4 … missed the 5th rep got a little greedy and it was over kill
