Chain squats: 3 x 1 @ 390lbs/176.9kg plus 80lbs/36kgs of chain . Could have easily worked up but stuck with the plan

Speed pulls: 10 x 1 @ 65%… this felt light as hell.
Close stance Hatfield squats: 3 x 10 @ SW
Seated Band hamstring curls: 50 total
Stand band crunches: 5 x 20

Dynamic Bench : 12 x 3 @ 65%
Seated BTNP: 3 x 5-8 @ worked up to a set of 5 @ 225ibs/102kgs
Pushups: 3 x AMRAP … last set put on a slingshot and really pushed it. Want to put a little more focus on direct pec work. Since I feel they play more of a role in raw benching . They were so pumped my BRA wouldn’t fit.
Pulldowns: 5 x 10 @ Sw
Shrugs: 3 x 20 @ SW
curls: 3 x 10 @ SW
Band push downs: 100 total
Band Pull aparts : 5 x 20
Not allot of intensity… plenty of volume.

I got the biggest kick out of some 17 year old kid acting tough and trying to tell me off. In all reality IRL he would probably go out of his way to avoid a old burly biker looking guy like myself. So I don’t take it seriously.
