Tate presses: 4 x 10
Pulldowns: 5 x 10 @ Sw
Shrugs: 3 x 20 @ SW
Axel curls: 3 x 10 @ SW
Band push downs: 100 total … triceps started to cramp
Band Pull aparts: 5 x 20

Allot of work today… Well this session sure as the hell wasnt like upper ME day from the other day.
