Honestly toying with the idea of using the repetition method over dynamic on this day or alternate them like I have seen some guys do.

Only feel when the kids stress me out, three little ones (9, 8 and 6) can be hard work. But I don’t really have anything to complain about, I line in a great city, work isn’t really hard and home life is good.
I’ve only been back in the gym for 3 years after a long hiatus (was a runner for ( years) and have taken it real slow and steady since coming back. It seems to be working well, the body is holding together. I know I could be stronger than I am now if I pushed real hard but I’m not going to break records so I’m not in a major hurry.

well decided on a alternating between a dynamic/rep method day on Bench. Just deciding on the numbers at the moment.

Im bored… figured I would post this for those interested if I havent mentioned this before.
On the max effort I am only rotating 4 upper variation and 6 lower with 3 squat variation and 3 pull variations.

Dynamic squats 14" box: 12 x 2 @ 60% WOW forgot how much more effort it takes to generate explosiveness on these. Since it cuts down on the stretch reflex. Didnt help that hips were feeling tight as hell.
Speed pulls: 12 x 1 @ 60% messed around with foot placement.
Dimel Deadlifts: 3 x 15 @ SW
backward sled drags : 3 x 80 yards @ SW
Standing Band crunches: 5 x 20

Since it’s dynamic work I figured it is more informative to list the percentage I’m using. Since there is such range of intensity levels one can see thrown out by different lifters using dynamic.
Ok the plan was using the new shoulder saver I got from Elitefts it is equal to a 2 board press.

Not sure what was going on I felt fine physically…But once I started working up things got weird. I noticed my upper body was trembling extremely even with what I would considered light weight. Ended up shutting it down and did some odds and ends stuff. Something was fried tonight… Need tweak a few things regarding the ME stuff.
The reality is I need to auto regulate better or take a page from the playbook of Westsides main raw guy.
Well figured out how to address the issue I mentioned above.
