Yes as long as I hold together.

I just have a ridiculous memory for figures. I can still remember 13 digit barcodes for products that haven’t existed for a decade. Probably freaks a few posters out on here when I remember their heights and weights.

My apologies I didn’t mean to gloss over the first part of your question. I was half asleep when I read it. I got into a ugly cycle of issues dealing with my lower half. Which has had my squats in limbo for a long time.

It’s ok, no problem. Hope you hit some huge PRs!

About your son’s dog bite, I find it a little weird he didn’t get shots. Maybe the practice in the states is different? I dunno…AFAIK he should have gotten shots since it bled

That’s how it was back in my youth. So yeah I am still confused. From what I understand now rabies is pretty uncommon in dogs in this state now.

Lucky bastard . Someday I can’t even remember my own name.

Names don’t matter when one lifts as much as in your last video. Keep up the good work and continue impressing us weak guys.

Probably wont be posting videos for awhile after my cameramen go back to school.

Strong work! I like that custom box and the clamps for collars on the SSB.

My banker has me on a budget…lol

Upper back is fatigued . Bench is going to suck this afternoon form wise.

Does the buffalo bar feel different (in terms of movement) than a straight bar when you back squat?

I can’t imagine it changing the movement too much, but probably feels awesome for your shoulders.

The only down side is I am not getting the upper back and lats tight as I could going that wide on the grip. So the bar does ride on me slightly different then a straight bar with a closer grip.

I assume with the bar being cambered it also changes the bar path a little as the centre of mass is in a slightly lower position ?

no not really… not being able to get those era as tight as I could, the tendency is rounding slightly in the upper back.

Good job you have the upper back of Hawk from the Legion of Doom and can muscle that sucka up.

Oh I admired the builds of certain wrestlers growing up as a kid… you know of Ivan Putski?

The polish hammer. He was a beast.

Being from the UK I was a big Davey boy Smith (British Bulldog) fab. When he used to gorilla press other wrestlers was awesome.
