Bulldog: Working on regaining man card

WOW …after reading a few post outside of the O35 regarding training I remember why I don’t post or give advice.

- YouTube;

Deadlift: a few warm up sets
( 370 x 4 / 395 x 2 / 420 x 2) X 4

OH did this suck…

Bent rows: worked up to 2 x 5 x 285

Pulldowns : 3 x 10 x some weight

Shrugs: 405 x 6 / 455 x 6/ 455 x 12

went and trained and a High School were my friend is the S&C coach and a former IFP gold medalist. Its been decided I am going to start training there every Friday for awhile.

Have to agree with you about posting in almost anything outside of the O35 forum. Seems like so many posters are just there to hate.

yeah its a combination of that …Keyboard lifters and guys with over blown egos.

Squat: a bunch of warm up sets
5 x 3 x 400… half way felt like blowing chow
350 x 8… proceeded to blow chow

SHOULD have BEEN a EASY session BUT… I felt terrible during the whole session joints hurt everything felt heavy . My throat felt if I had gargled with glass not to mention I shouldn’t seem to catch my breath. I would like to THANK BULLPUP for sharing this!!!

Skipping Bench today will hit it Thursday.

The flu has been cycling through our house for the last six weeks.

You look huge up there in that pic^^^.

Who’s your IPF gold medalist friend?

Yeah, I should learn my lesson about venturing outside the safety of the O35 compound. But I’m slow like that. Lots of mysogeny and really bad advice about all kinds of stuff.

  • Its making its rounds here also…if not the flu some other type of bug. My wife is starting to show signs this morning. Shes saying shes starting to hurt all over.

  • not hard to do when one is a short bastard

  • Outside of the O 35 is evil

Bench: a few warm up sets
( 325X4 / 345X2/ 5 X 1X350) x 2 … was suppose to repeat 3 times but my form was breaking down …

BNP: 5 x 3 x 150… felt easy
Upright rows: 3 x 10
band pull aparts: 5 x 20
Tate presses: 3 x 10
Some curls

The flu is no joke this year. Good luck avoiding the bug.

Well we got the Flu and another bug going around here. Which ever one Ive got is trying to kick my ass again and isnt giving up without a fight.

Case in point… Pulled tonight and got light headed after only pulling 365 x 3.

^^ Beast mode

Pulling while sick=no good.

What is the Pup’s record?

Had to quote this again.
Combat sports is pretty good- but we are harsh on stupidity

Flue has indeed sucked donkey balls this year

bull pup is looking beastly

Happy holidays to you and your family.

Pulling while sick = death, at least for me

Not as good as it could be. He lost a few he could have won but he had come down with this bug ( which he gave me) Like a Dick I got on him about the losses not knowing how much his strength and endurance was zapped by it. Karma bit me in the ass for it …

Same too you… Sorry so late haven’t been on here in over a week.

Squats: a bunch of warm up sets
5 x 3 x 425
350 x 10

GM’s: 3 x 10 x 155 …strict as hell
Standing band crunches: 3 x 10

Well on a good note i think im almost over the Plague. i was able to get through the session without dropping. No way in hell would I have been able to do it last week.

On another note… the hip i tweaked a few weeks ago is about 90%. I noticed my form was slightly off because of it.
