Thanks …I just need to sit down and write one up. Ive got a things at the moment.Just need to find the time to type them out.

CG Bench: a few warm up sets
250 x 2
270 x 2
275 x 2
285 x 2
300 x 1… ended up going ahead and doing 6 reps with a few in the tank. I would say I underestimated my 1 RM on these by 50 lbs give or take.

Bent rows: worked up to 3 working sets with 255 for 5’s

pulldowns: 3 x 10 x SW
Shrugs: 405 x 15
Arm curls: EZ bar : 3 x 6-8 x SW

UGH… felt kinda sluggish tonight. Got some tennis elbow going on with the right, but its no big deal.

The Bullpup back on the Mat…like a BOSS

His physique is unreal. Love the pics.

Well his physique isn’t bad … BUT in reality if he doesn’t do good in the sports hes involved in then its worthless. I quote a old Football saying “looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane”

(Friday)

Bench: a few warm up sets
230 x 5
270 x 4
290 x 2
310 x 2
330 x 2
350 x 1
3 x 1 x 365… first set felt off , but the last two went easy. paused all reps

Band pull aparts: 5 x 20

Im starting to feel beat up so I shorten up my session. I have another week on this training cycle , Im off work for a week during the Thanksgiving Holiday. Going to use that time to recover and recharge my batteries.

^^ BP getting busy

Warm up: Allot of mobility work on the hip and shoulders

Squat: 5 x 5 @ 65%… I added 5% over last week
Deads: 10 x 1 @ 70 %…weight just flew off the floor
GM’s : 3 x 10 x Sw

Well the hip is getting better… just not 100%, then again its only been three weeks. On a interesting note the hip isn’t bothered by deads.More then likely after I finish up this cycle and take my break over the Holiday. I guess I will switch my mental focus on pulling until my hip clears up.

^^ Bench from tonight… Oh Hell yeah.

Well im taking it easy for the next week. I surprised that I already hit one of my post surgery goals and hitting a not so pretty 405 on bench.Once the Thanksgiving holiday is over I plan on starting another lifting cycle. For the next several weeks I plan on focusing on Deads since my left hip is still a little gimpy and Deads don’t seem to bother it.Pretty much plan on still squatting but only in the 70% range.

Nice!! I don’t remember you lowering the bar that slowly prior to the injury.

Great work on the bench! Strength is an awesome feeling especially when you’ve worked so hard to get it and return it to it’s greatness.

Is that good or bad?

Greatness? In my case mediocre.

Each to his or her own greatness. If I had your bench right now that would be great.

Your numbers keep climbing so it must be good! I was just checking to see if it was something you were doing intentionally.

Not intentionally…actually I want to try to get it to come down faster under control. Hell I got lectured by Ed Coan at the seminar awhile back ago for bringing it down so slow.

Deadlift: 15 x 2 x 370
Bent rows: worked up to 3 x 5 x 275
Pull downs: 3 x 10 x sw
Shrugs: 2x6x405/ 405 x 12… give me a break I was tired

Was going to travel north and train around my friends crew. Got a last minute text from him this morning he was down and out with a bug.

Squat: (buffalo bar) 5 x 4 x 370
2 x 2 x 400

Yippy hip is feeling way better. Felt pretty easy today other then my lower back was slightly fatigue from all the volume on deads Friday.

GHR: 60 total reps …DAMN I looked in my log and im pretty sure I havent done these in almost a year and it showed. I ended up doing these band assisted . Got a feeling its going to take several weeks to get these up and running.

Bench: a bunch of warm up sets
325 x 5
5 x 5 x 310
285 x 5… Ugh the volume is insane on this routine my old ass had to cut a set out.

BNP: 5 x 4 x 140… shoulder mobility is improving were these are becoming more comfortable

Lateral raises: 3 x 10
Band pull aparts: 5 x 20

curls: WGAF
Push downs: 3x 10 x SW

my general mood at the moment…
