Went to the Local YMCA since the temperature drooped and I didn’t feel like hocking up the heater in the garage. HMMM… yeah, now I am reminded why I stopped going there.

Deads: worked up to a easy 405 x 3

Ok the hip is still pissed off so i didnt push it. Just squatted enough to get blood into it and pulled light. I now have a general idea what caused the tweak.

Bench is coming back nicely. Congrats to the Pup, he has a bright future. Smart, talented and polite is a solid trifecta.

2 x 1 x 285 … easy as hell had to fight the urge to slap on another 50lbs plus and do a few more sets.

Bent Rows : 5 x 5… worked up to three sets with 250 they were all explosive as hell
Pulldowns: 3 x 10 x SW
Shrugs: 3 x 6-8 x 405 - 455
Arm curls: 3 x 6-8 x SW

not a bad little session… On a good note hip is feeling better after getting some blood in the area yesterday.
