Bulking Thread

High hematocrit levels is pretty common over time with AAS use (not saying that is why this happened to you), I’ve known several people who have had that happen.

I have been bulking for a few months, got to 295. Went to the hospital with a bp of 180/110. Got scared as fuck sitting at 280 lbs trying to figure out where to go from here. By the way blood pressure is back to normal. Doctor said I had way to high of a hematocrit so I have to give blood once a month for 6 months. Anyone else ever had this while bulking?
I was always out of breath when I hit 220, and it took me a while to get used to it and now I can walk around campus no problems, lol, but nothing like what you mention, do you use any gear?
its funny, when i was 260 a while ago i was out of breath just walking around and had lower back pumps and calf pumps walking to my car from school and my blood pressure was still perfect, word

Real talk, homey. Sitting around 208 at the moment, from a starting weight of 188-190 4 weeks ago or so. Got here fast as shit, now my body is like wtf are you doing? and slowing down a bit. Gonna have to throw in another shake to get this train jumpstarted again. Also, I had my first low back pumps without lifting this week. I was implementing the hover method while dropping dirty bombs at work and the low back and hams got tight. I was pretty proud.

Oh man, does this thread bring back memories! This was a good one. In the spirit of the bulking thread I’ll contribute over a year later, haha. Weighed 290 at the gym today (doesn’t really count bc it wasn’t in the morning but it was still cool damnit!) but I’m really trying for the magic 300 lbs. MUST HAVE!

Good luck to everyone, keep up the good work fellas!
I hear ya 300 was my magic number too. Gonna rest a bit then give it another go.
