I agree if you have certain goals. I mean if you just want to stay healthy and lean and look good nekkid, then by no means do you need to bulk passed a BF% you are not comfortable with. Everyone has different goals and different ways to achieve those goals and along the way finds out what works and what doesn’t. And what they would do again and wouldn’t.

Lol I can imagine it will be quite some time especially to get contest ready. I am watching a guy prep right now. Started at 280 with abs and he is at 255 now and still is only on track for 8 more weeks of prep.

im not naming any names because this is not a call out thread. but when you have these big strong guys that put in tons of work in the gym and eat like its their job, and then they get ridiculed on a site that is about getting bigger and strong, thats just ridiculous imo.
