holy shit steely your new display pic. you are one jacked motherfucker.
am i the only one who would rather be steelyD’s/profx’s size vs the “hawt abz” crew that is wondering around the forums lately like jehovas witnesses spreading the good news that we can live on 2000 calories worth of boiled chicken breasts and brown rice to stay under 10% bodyfat and display a full set of abs all year round…
Nope I am with you.
youre looking massive yourself in that pic you posted.
i think everyone needs one all out dirty bulk at the beginning to get their weight high and all their main lifts up hundreds of lbs over what they started at, and then slowly taper off on the calories over a few MONTHS until theyre comfortable with their bodyfat.
I would love to see someone who did this approach be able to get lean again in a couple months.
Also please show the lean crew who says you should eat 2000 cals of boiled chicken? I will wait

obviously im over exaggerating about the boiled chicken to make a point.
but you have big beefy STRONG mofos on this site that are being ridiculed and called “fat fucks” by skinny twats who think theyre king shit because they did one big cut on heaps of aas and by hiring a diet coach.
Who are these skinny guys I am still wondering. Cutting on a heap of AAS and hiring a diet coach.
Hiring a diet coach is one of the smartest things anyone can do. You can learn a ton from them to move on with.
im not naming any names because this is not a call out thread. but when you have these big strong guys that put in tons of work in the gym and eat like its their job, and then they get ridiculed on a site that is about getting bigger and strong, thats just ridiculous imo.
if youve been on the forums the past few weeks you’ll know exactly what i mean. “hawt abz” and staying under 10% all the time is the rage these days…
