holy shit steely your new display pic. you are one jacked motherfucker.
am i the only one who would rather be steelyD’s/profx’s size vs the “hawt abz” crew that is wondering around the forums lately like jehovas witnesses spreading the good news that we can live on 2000 calories worth of boiled chicken breasts and brown rice to stay under 10% bodyfat and display a full set of abs all year round…
Nope I am with you.
youre looking massive yourself in that pic you posted.
i think everyone needs one all out dirty bulk at the beginning to get their weight high and all their main lifts up hundreds of lbs over what they started at, and then slowly taper off on the calories over a few MONTHS until theyre comfortable with their bodyfat.
I would love to see someone who did this approach be able to get lean again in a couple months.
Also please show the lean crew who says you should eat 2000 cals of boiled chicken? I will wait
We shall see how long it takes from where I started this year! Will be more than 2 months thought I am sure of that =D
Lol I can imagine it will be quite some time especially to get contest ready. I am watching a guy prep right now. Started at 280 with abs and he is at 255 now and still is only on track for 8 more weeks of prep.
Where do you think you’ll come in when you prep?
Me I am not prepping?
Completely thought I was responding to Bauber’s post.
Bauber… where do you think you’d come in?
Hard to tell really. As long as I come jn at the leanness I need to I will be happy. I am in the mode now working on nailing my conditioning. A few guys who compete a Lot and have seen me day in and out are consensually guessing around 235-240
I think it will be very hard to tell until you are at least seeing abs. And also how conditioned you are shooting for
Agreed just speculation at this point, but I will say my abs didn’t completely blur out until I got over 285.
