youre looking massive yourself in that pic you posted.

i think everyone needs one all out dirty bulk at the beginning to get their weight high and all their main lifts up hundreds of lbs over what they started at, and then slowly taper off on the calories over a few MONTHS until theyre comfortable with their bodyfat.
I would love to see someone who did this approach be able to get lean again in a couple months.

Also please show the lean crew who says you should eat 2000 cals of boiled chicken? I will wait

We shall see how long it takes from where I started this year! Will be more than 2 months thought I am sure of that =D
Lol I can imagine it will be quite some time especially to get contest ready. I am watching a guy prep right now. Started at 280 with abs and he is at 255 now and still is only on track for 8 more weeks of prep.
Yeah my training partner I’ve posted pics of started at 245 and stepped on stage at 205. And he was a fairly lean 245. He’s helping me with my prep and diet. With dnp, gh among other stuff. He’s estimating 18-20 weeks.

Hard to tell really. As long as I come jn at the leanness I need to I will be happy. I am in the mode now working on nailing my conditioning. A few guys who compete a Lot and have seen me day in and out are consensually guessing around 235-240

Agreed just speculation at this point, but I will say my abs didn’t completely blur out until I got over 285.

HAHA, thanks man. I don’t know if I’m jacked or not, still got A LOOOONG way to go.

Just took some ‘progress’ shots recently. You’d chuckle if I said I’m pretty sure I can see hints of ‘top abzzz’ in the picture at 255. We’ll never know

Well as of right now from research fat does nothing good and harms the body and gains past a certain point which is really not that high. It negatively affects health as well I am not a PLer so leverages are no issue for me. So IMO fat is bad yes. Until research shows some benefit being over 15% or w/e the number is I see no reason for it.

I have carried a similar body fat percentage at 285lbs. I posted that pic. If you are arguing whether I was carrying the exact same measurements as him that isn’t what was written…and him using steroids has shit to do with the comment made.

If I posted the pics, what are you arguing against?
