Well I started my diet full go today and cardio. Weighed in at 319 with my contest prep coach.

I Seriously hope you have a very long prep planned. Want you to succeed but you have a lot of prep to do

I have 24 weeks planned out and if not ready come close to that I have another show in mind further out. Just going to play it by how I am looking. Have a pretty serious and aggressive assistance regimen planned too.

Good!

Yeah I remember reading these forums, with him in it, long before this was the in thing to do.

If following this thread is any indicator, this is all some individuals post accomplish…

Bottom line is: Yes, a bunch of guys try and start shit with X. However, over the years, he has become just as confrontational. He could just stay out of it and ignore people. He chooses to argue. There wouldn’t be this many guys with a problem with X if he wasn’t doing anything to deserve it. No way around that. I get tired of people acting like he is innocent.

Seems pics are working again…

Larger than life.

You, specifically, am who I am referencing. Reread your posts in this thread.

How do you guys go about a bulk.

I want to demolish the notice that people around here are limiting their gains by dieting as soon as their abs begin to blur from the 1% body fat increase

Would your advice be different for an underweight kid vs a normal weight or the same to teach certain skills i.e. track macros etc…
Dieting is just regulating your food choices and portions.
Some diet to add muscle
Some diet to lose bodyfat.
“Bulk” and “cut” are stupid terms that should be thrown out with the bath water.
Both approaches to dieting should be the same IMO.
Track calories and macros and make small incremental adjustments based on your results.
If you aren’t doing this you are just guessing.
Agree 100%.
I’m in the middle of getting some more size on for a really big show, I’ve noticed that if I go to long on a bulk or a cut for that matter, I go to extremes and continue to either stagnate or get fat.
My new technique is something I read from Layne Norton about going 4-6 weeks on a calorie surplus and cutting back 500-750 calories for 2-3 weeks. It works. Now, I’m not talking about eating anything that doesnt move, but a small tweak of maybe 500+ calories as day, and if that doesnt work (ie, the scale doesnt move), an additional 125-250 calories per week seems to work.

I showed a nice example of why it doesn’t work. We made it 3 posts before he decided to pull out childish name calling. That is why every thread falls apart and no one even tries with him any more

And just who is Doogie Howser?

Other strange things I do are:

I add 5 lbs to every lift that isn’t actually recorded on my log. (Ex. my log says 225, it is actually 230).

I never max out unless I have repped out a few times earlier in the workout on the same lift in the sets leading up to that attempt.

Good work.

I have been in that condition before and told I was obese.

I was also told, “NO ONE NEEDS TO GET THAT FAT” and several other greatest hits.

It seems they don’t feel the same suddenly.

You were obese, and he is probably fatter than he needed to get to accomplish his goals. He’s also carrying an absurd amount of muscle, and is juiced to the gills. You claim to be natural, so y’all can’t be compared.

I couldn’t see the pic. That’s well fatter than needed especially when juicing IMO

autopsy or it didn’t happen

Not to mention, X isn’t carrying as much muscle as Bauber. Bauber’s measurements are inches above what X has claimed his were ever at. So, really, it’s stupid that he keeps trying the whole, “You guys think Bauber looks big and strong, so tell me I look big and strong too because I looked just like that!” In reality, their physiques aren’t comparable for a number of reasons, such as those listed by WhiteFlash.
