Bulking How Its Done

Would you guys recommend any kind of conditioning during a lean mass phase, and if so, which type? Was actually thinking of incorporating some jump rope a few times a week, since my fat gains seem to be coming faster than muscle gains. Feeling flat and fat on a daily basiees, baby pleaseee.
Yes

What you do is up to you and your schedule. Prefer all cardio fasted and like to do mostly LISS while reading for class or watching tv. I do intervals when I am feeling like it. I prefer the elyptical for everything

I think that for guys that struggle to gain any weight at all, bulking is probably a good idea. For me and what I assume is the majority of people in general, your weight is directly the result of calories in/calories out and your body can only create so much muscle at a time. No one is packing on 5 pounds of muscle in a month unless they are juicing their brains out or still riding the puberty high.
I went form 155 to 225 and I am certianly what ppl would consider an ectomorph I don’t thinkn bulking is needed but more food sure. Cardio can stay in. Hgh volume training sure if you enjoy it but just more food. You certainly don’t have to bulk to gain the mass
Right when I wanted some more on-topic discussion ahah! Which I could be an ecto and just care about eating more, in my case I feel like the margin between enough and too much is soooo small.

I am an echo and do cardio 6-7 days a week with training high volume 6-7 days a week.

I think I’ll just up the cardio a bit, I think I’m just holding a shitload of water which is why I feel so bloated for the last ocuple days. Some conditionning might help me with feeling less bloated. Haven’t gained in the last 3 weeks but just feel like I gained 5lbs of fat.

Win over me?
What are you talking about?
Look bud, I know you’re a joke.
I know what your MO is.
I’m not upset about anything you write.
I participate in these threads for mindless entertainment when I am bored with real life.
I do actually give out advice and help people when asked and have worked with several t Nationers outside of these forums after being contacted.
You haven’t legitimately been helpful consistently on this site in years.
Your How do you train thread was even unstickied.
You are here to argue and banter for an escape from your normal life.
I, as you obviously know, enjoy giving you a hard time about your trolling posts.
Trolling the troll I guess and you know this.
I don’t legitimately care about your posts or your post count.
I pointed out why you are here so that others would know what I know.
You are part of this site.
You are an entity of Biotest and are here to drive up clicks and posts and views.
If this wasnt the case you would have been banned years ago and these threads would have be stopped, locked and deleted before they ever get to this many replies.
The mods would send out warnings to posters about this but it is acceptable here and it would appear that it is welcomed and encouraged.
I know what’s up X.
Like I said, posting with you is like watching The Jersey Shore.
It can’t be taken seriously and is mindless entertainment.
Nothing serious.

This will be my last reply to you.
Like others have said, it’s boring old and sad now.
Reply to this all you would like but it won’t get a response from me.

there’s two of the same thread going on just now

Wish my gym had a prowler and some tires, but I can still run some hills, do some jump rope and maybe some rowing (crossfit style ahah). Just have to get those in 2-3 times a week and I’m sure I’ll feel and look much better. Thanks for your valuable inputs guys.

If you don’t have a prowler, which many of us don’t, you can simulate it on a treadmill.

Get on the treadmill, jack up the incline, put your hands on the grips infring of you and sprint.
Since the treadmill is off you have a lot of resistance built into spinning the tread.
Do 30 second sprints pushing that thing.
Rest 1-2 minutes in between
Do 8-10 sets
Die
Lol

Also, if your gym has a basketball court of large exercise room with a wooden floor you can make a poor mans prowler by stacking a few plates on top of a towel and pushing that around.
