I went form 155 to 225 and I am certianly what ppl would consider an ectomorph I don’t thinkn bulking is needed but more food sure. Cardio can stay in. Hgh volume training sure if you enjoy it but just more food. You certainly don’t have to bulk to gain the mass[/quote]

I think I’ll just up the cardio a bit, I think I’m just holding a shitload of water which is why I feel so bloated for the last ocuple days. Some conditionning might help me with feeling less bloated. Haven’t gained in the last 3 weeks but just feel like I gained 5lbs of fat.

If you don’t have a prowler, which many of us don’t, you can simulate it on a treadmill.
Get on the treadmill, jack up the incline, put your hands on the grips infring of you and sprint.
Since the treadmill is off you have a lot of resistance built into spinning the tread.
Do 30 second sprints pushing that thing.
Rest 1-2 minutes in between
Do 8-10 sets
Die
