There was a point where I would order 5 dollar menu burgers and a few sides of nuggets. I’d be happy never eating fast food again shiiiiii.
As long as I can afford to eat good that’s all I’m doing.
Jason Huh said he spends roughly 2000 dollars on food a month!!! That’s crazy, but to be the best you need to eat like the best. My dude says he never missed a meal preparing for USA’s which he won, maybe I am just a simple guy, but chicken and rice and sweet potatoes and steak never gets old for me.
same!
i noticed when i used to eat stuff like cereal everyday, i would get sick of it,
but i can eat brown rice, fruit, veggies, chicken, evoo and walnuts everyday and love it.

I don’t understand why low fat is desirable? Don’t you need some saturated fat, cholesterol and all that goodness to gain?
Hell Yes to this, but again those fats would best come from Natty PB, eggs, EVOO, fish oil, avacados etc. Need fat to produce testosterone.
What makes me lol is you notice everyone who stuffs themselves at fast food joints several times a week is fat as shit and yet people think that just because they lift weights they are immune to that “condition”. Ignorance is bliss

I don’t get what all this attacking of fat is. It’s carbohydrates (namely fructose) that create the bad type of LDL cholestrol that clogs arteries. Fat creates the neutral LDL that floats around and does all the same stuff but isn’t harmful.
A good way to tell if you have the bad LDL is by your triglyceride levels. If they are high, you have mostly the bad LDL. If they are low, you have mostly the good LDL. Good HDL levels help all around, obviously.
