I think the day you create your goals, track your progress, and define your worth, on how much ‘young girls’ like your body and how much you score with the ladies, is the day you cease to be a man.
I’m not interested in how much he scores with the ladies, or how much his girlfriend creams. I’m interested in what HE wants for himself. If all he wants is to please others, if he bases his happiness on the gratification of the company of others, then I think that is pathetic.
Besides, there’s just something very disturbing about being that smooth. His legs are skinny too.
Jimmy I’m still waiting on your lift numbers.
So I’m the only one here who prefers to spend as much time possible with young, hot women? And this somehow makes me strange or gay?
341.5 squat, 275.5 bench, 451.75 deadlift raw in a PL competition. No Cheater gear, no big belly for leverage and shorter ROM.

You may want to double check your calendar - unless you are planning to continue your cut through May 28th, 2007! In which case you’ll be so ripped your GF will never leave you!

Speed-bulking? As in more than 20 pounds in 5 years? I don’t think you’re in any danger of blowing up into a ginormous fella with that philosophy.
Of course, there are plenty of guys who put on more than 20 pounds of muscle in less than a year, cut, and end up with more mass and the same or lower BF as you in far less time. In 5 years, they’re WAY ahead in terms of lean mass.
I mean, congratulations on your gains if that’s what you’re happy with (and I mean that seriously), but I would characterize your progress as painfully slow, rather than the progress of those who make far larger gains as speed-bulking.
I have no stretch marks.
You seem to think that by gaining weight at any appreciatable rate you would get stretch marks. The body can adapt, I gained 40 lbs in about a year and have no stretch marks whatsoever. Think about this, did you get stretch marks growing as a child/teenager? and I’m pretty sure you were putting on weight faster then compared to now.
Stretchmarks are a hormonal thing. That’s why I don’t want to take steroids.
LMAO!
Stretchmarks are hormonal thing? You are a bit of a thicko aren’t you?
My suggestion is: Don’t bulk. Don’t cut. Do Quit. Give up while you’re ahead.
Well, some time ago, I did see some doctor talk about the benefits of losing fat, but she said it was estimated that you need to lose 30 pounds of it for an inch on your penis but I doubt it means anything if you’re already at or below 10%.
20pounds of muscle in 5 years? I did that in 4 months from Feb-June, maintaining 10% bf give or take. All naturally of course. I have not noticed any stretch marks…
…T-Nation announced today that it has decided to adopt the fig leaf as the official replacement for the shoe as the preferred instrument for gauging body fat…
We take you now to the living room of Jimmyleg’s parent’s house for an almost live interview…
Interviewer: Tell us Jimmy, what is it like to be the inspiration behind this landmark decision that may impact the way thousands in the bodybuilding community will now interpret body fat measurements?
Jimmylegs: Well, my GF and I were playing Xbox live, naked edition, when all of the sudden I was inspired to determine my body fat and how it made the size of certain body parts appear. I jumped up and, unable to locate either a razor or a shoe, saw my mother’s fig tree starring me in the…face. I quickly plucked off a leaf, held it over my member and exclaimed to my girlfriend, ‘Hey Babe, should I bulk or cut?’
My girlfriend replied, ‘Jimmy, you are the most ripped dude here…’

Could the OP please, please, oh please post Lyle`s penis equation?

Yes, please post it. I’d like to see if I can hit triple digits after a few weeks on JB’s Get Shredded Diet…
I would continue a slow bulk, 3-500 over maintenance. Big improvement since '01.
I also think you look better with hair.
Regards
O and G
I save lots of money on hair products.
Will slow bulk after memorial day.
When it’s ok to wear a sweater to cover your fat?
Cripes dude, bulk now, get it on, get it going. Once you start you’ll enjoy it.
There’s nothing more fun than un-inhbited bulking. Drooling on yourself after a heavy set of deads is right up there too…

I’m more of a sweatshirt guy. And I’ll usually wear two in the winter since my gym gets kind of cold. It also keeps the sweat from the speed-bulkers from getting on my skin.

I don’t powerlift so I can’t call bullshit on this, but for the guys that do competitive powerlifting, could you tell us if they normally keep track of poundages to the quarter-pound?
And jimmylackoflegs, what makes you think that you’re under 10%BF? Go to a human performance lab and get your %BF measured hydrostatically. You’d be surprised what they tell you your %BF is. So would your girlfriend, right before she dumps you.
As much as I love to look at naked men, I find this photo disturbing. It may have been intended to be funny as a parody of the guy with the shoe, but all I see is an advertisement for Mister August on the Gay men’s calendar. It’s the fig leaf.
