Bulk or Cut???

You know what I was thinking?

Does TC or TP “chum” the waters? Get my meaning?

I like chum.

Chum-chum-cherrie!

It’s more of an exponential curve. One of the guys at Lyle’s posted the equation; I forget what it was exactly.

and to think I thought that the solution of the penis growth equation was one of the millenium problems!!!

No, just the missing link to the unification of quantum mechanics and general relativity.

I’ve gained 20 lean pounds since 2001. My waist is still the same size with lower BF, but bigger abs. I look better, feel better, and I’m a lot less shy. All of this has led to better quality women and more friends.

Can’t get all that by speed-bulking.

Not familiar with the Canadian vernacular. “Hokey wanker?”
Whatever, man. I have gained 20 lbs. since about May 20th, and I am still just as cut as you AND I have no stretch marks. Eat more. Lift with intensity. And no, no AAS. I’m not a pro athlete, so it wouldn’t be worth my while, especially when hard work goes so far.

In 5 years it appears you have acheived fuck all, the difference between the two pictures is a pumped and non pumped body.

That’s not true. He also has a ninja mask now & has removed his tank.

Seriously, the guy has not changed his boxers or shorts in 5 years?!?

Bullshit.

Doubt he was pumped in the second shot. Not taken in the gym, no vascularity.

Christ, look at how his forearms grew! Forearms, Delts + Arms are bigger AND more defined. How many people get more definition as they put on size? Practically none. This guy shed BF and put on muscle. That is an achievement. He has the type of physique that the vast, vast majority of women (especially young, hot ones) drool over. And understandably, he is proud of it. He’s also blunt about his own sexuality, which is apparently sending many of the sexually repressed posters here into shock.

Have you people even been in a locker room, public bath or shower? You act like nuns in a convent when it comes to nudity (male, of course).

I’m sure his GF is hot.

Jimmylegs, you should do a clean, slow bulk. Just 500 over maintenance. Enough to put on some new muscle, not enough to give you fatty symptoms.

Also, if you want to preserve the illusion of leanness, one thing you can do is get a tan. This will be particularly useful on a bulk.

Now that my abs are warmed up…

Seriously dont be hard on the guy, he made major progress! He’s a ninja now!

Mikenov

I would continue a slow bulk, 3-500 over maintenance. Big improvement since '01.

I also think you look better with hair.

You know, there is such thing as too much material.
Ive watched this thread evolve and there is just too much too choose from!
I mean, its just too easy.

You could apply a variety of lotions on the areas most vulnerable for stretch-marks. I got stretch-marks last summer working out only occasionally, no bulking, no aas or anything. Weird.

But why wouldn’t you want stretch-marks. They’re cool.

I think the day you create your goals, track your progress, and define your worth, on how much ‘young girls’ like your body and how much you score with the ladies, is the day you cease to be a man.

I’m not interested in how much he scores with the ladies, or how much his girlfriend creams. I’m interested in what HE wants for himself. If all he wants is to please others, if he bases his happiness on the gratification of the company of others, then I think that is pathetic.

Besides, there’s just something very disturbing about being that smooth. His legs are skinny too.

Jimmy I’m still waiting on your lift numbers.

Like I said, I prefer more of a clean bulk. That’s the way I’ve been doing so far and it’s worked pretty well. Just not sure if I should keep cutting, being summer and all.

If you keep cutting through the summer, you will die. But hey, if it’s working for you, go for it. And what’s with the leaves? Unless your pecker comes out of your hip, they aren’t covering anything. And wtf is wrong with wearing some briefs or something. Crikey, spare us the pain next time, please.

That is a ridiculous statement. The pictures tell a different story.

Too many Prof-X clones on this site. And I don’t see any of their pics. Oh well, it’s to be expected.

Speed-bulking? As in more than 20 pounds in 5 years? I don’t think you’re in any danger of blowing up into a ginormous fella with that philosophy.

Of course, there are plenty of guys who put on more than 20 pounds of muscle in less than a year, cut, and end up with more mass and the same or lower BF as you in far less time. In 5 years, they’re WAY ahead in terms of lean mass.
I mean, congratulations on your gains if that’s what you’re happy with (and I mean that seriously), but I would characterize your progress as painfully slow, rather than the progress of those who make far larger gains as speed-bulking.

I have no stretch marks.

You seem to think that by gaining weight at any appreciatable rate you would get stretch marks. The body can adapt, I gained 40 lbs in about a year and have no stretch marks whatsoever. Think about this, did you get stretch marks growing as a child/teenager? and I’m pretty sure you were putting on weight faster then compared to now.
Stretchmarks are a hormonal thing. That’s why I don’t want to take steroids.

I save lots of money on hair products.

Will slow bulk after memorial day.
