Hey, guys, I’m just here to post a couple really gay pics and to shut down an entire side of a two sided question. Sorry, but I can’t bulk because the extra 4% would completely engulf my 2 inch penis.
I didn’t realize that so many “bodybuilders” needed to be told when to cut, or why to cut, or how to cut. I probably missed it but has anyone on this site ever been told to cut that really needed to?
FUCK YOUR GIRLFRIEND!!! who are you doing all this for?
if she’s the most beautiful woman on the planet and youve never had a better lay in your life plus she’s rich and only finds you attractive and interesting between 6-11% body fat then maybe then you have a problem. …
sounds like she owns you or youre very low on self confidence. …

Ok, so against my beter judgment I looked at your pics.
When did you start?? You look like some kind of hokey wanker early on but you don’t seem to have changed in size to much. I’d say keep looking to get bigger until you’ve past the typical new trainee gains before you look to cut. Cutting is for when you have recently bulked. I don’t see the bit where you bulked.
If you say you don’t look low in body fat then i think you are just “splitting pubic hairs” as it were. Few people would notice that you had any less BF if you continued to cut. If they did they would be “splitting pubic hairs” if you will.

I’ve gained 20 lean pounds since 2001. My waist is still the same size with lower BF, but bigger abs. I look better, feel better, and I’m a lot less shy. All of this has led to better quality women and more friends.
Can’t get all that by speed-bulking.
Not familiar with the Canadian vernacular. “Hokey wanker?”

Speed-bulking? As in more than 20 pounds in 5 years? I don’t think you’re in any danger of blowing up into a ginormous fella with that philosophy.
Of course, there are plenty of guys who put on more than 20 pounds of muscle in less than a year, cut, and end up with more mass and the same or lower BF as you in far less time. In 5 years, they’re WAY ahead in terms of lean mass. I mean, congratulations on your gains if that’s what you’re happy with (and I mean that seriously), but I would characterize your progress as painfully slow, rather than the progress of those who make far larger gains as speed-bulking.

Dude you sound like you have some serious fucking issues.
Extremely small penis. seriously one more penis comment and someone on here might find your address and come cut it off.
Extremely low self esteem
Extremely shallow girlfriend ( do we even know if the gf actually gives a shit if he is 10% or 13% bf? I have a feeling this is his low self esteem kicking in)
Extremely homosexual tendencies based on some of your pictures
No one cares if the guys at your bbq think you “were the most ripped guy there” seriously you sound like Napolea n Dynamite “Dude I was probly like the rippedest guy there, god.”
Seriously 20 lbs in 5 years??? 5 Years??? Does anyone else not find that fuckin hilarious?? 4 pounds a year? as in 1/3 of a pound a month? As in less than 1/12 of a pound a week?

I have no stretch marks.
You seem to think that by gaining weight at any appreciatable rate you would get stretch marks. The body can adapt, I gained 40 lbs in about a year and have no stretch marks whatsoever. Think about this, did you get stretch marks growing as a child/teenager? and I’m pretty sure you were putting on weight faster then compared to now.
