For 5’10 what weight and BF% would you say would give me that build? Basiclly I need a new major goal to focus on so I can develop little goals to work towards as I accomplished my last major goal. Goals seem to give me more drive as I have something i’m trying to accomplish.
So at 5’10 what weight and BF% would give me the Lenitus build from 300?
Leonidas I spelt it wrong thats what I get going to google for spelling. All I found on google and T-Nation is just random people ranting about the work routine from 300 I could careless about that.
I’m a fan for 70’s bodybuilders I like how they sculpted themselves rather then just piling on tons of mass for the sake of being big. Arnold looked better then most builders today and he was smaller then a lot of builders today. The 300 size I feel would be a good sulpting point for me.
These are things that depend on the individual. If your goal is to look a certain way, don’t worry about trying to figure out what numbers will put you there. Frankly, I would say 180 lbs at 8% would put you there, because: a) he has little lower body mass and b) I doubt his back is very well developed either. At 200 lbs you’d look better and have legs to go with it.
Eck below 180 that is to small maybe i’ll just scrach the idea. i’m 170 now and it doesn’t seem i’m remotely close to that size but then again i’m no 6% bf guess it gives an illusion they are bigger then they are.
Does give me a good prespective of BF% at least thanks for that.

Your very right i’m just having a hard time trying to figure a new goal and weight to really sculpt myself. Plus at the moment suffering extremely bad case of insomnia.
His legs never impressed me or back. He seems bigger then he is to me I guess. Prehaps the weight difference has to do with I have geneticlly big legs before I worked out I had 24inch solid legs as I played a lot of sports while the rest of me was a toothpick. I gained a lot of weight up top now mostly in my back I would say. I’m slightly bottom heavy for my weight I feel still.
I guess I like goals because it gives me direction and I have feel without them i’ll just get big and be misguided in what i’m trying to do. I think I already have in my mind I want to be 200lbs so i’m going to just go with that for now and get my bf% down to 9 and work from that point.
To look like that guy, you’d need prosthetic abs, computer-enhancement and probably some dbol.
Seriously, to look like anyone in the movies, it’s just low bodyfat. Not that I want anyone else to look at my crappy pics in my profile, but those are me at 5’10", 217# and roughly 9%-ish bodyfat to give you some visual idea.
If you really want to look like Leonidas, you??ll need to hire a makeup artist to carefully airbrush your muscles to have huge highlights and shadows that make them look bigger and a team of lighting technicians who carefully adjust every moment of your life to cover up the makeup. Because as well-built as the guys in that movie were, they had a lot of help from the production teams.
During the whole 300 uproar, Butler was quoted as saying he trained not only doing with the Mark-Twight-CrossFit style routines (which were basically designed to rip fat off the actors and leave them looking lean and hungry), but also with another trainer who was (presumably) giving him more bb’ing style routines. So he looked a lot bigger than the other guys. Appropriate since Leonidas is the alpha dog.
True, he’s not huge for a pro, but he looked better than 90% of gym rats.

He didn’t look like a BBer by any means, but he looked aesthetic and athletic. He looked the part for the role he was playing. His dad in the beginning of the movie was a pretty big dude.
