Is your form breaking or something? Only time that’s happened to me is when I let my back arch and then I have those same issues. Feels like I ruptured a disk or something. It sucks haha
I built the foundation for my legs during high school football. Twice a week we’d do walking lunges, step ups, maxed out leg press, and squats (heavy singles or doubles). Up until recently I rarely trained my legs heavy and they stayed big.

seconded. just checked the profile. you and Gerdy have similar size legs, similar weight and the same height as me. guess i only need to gain 25 more pounds before i can have em too. lol.
