I’ve had to hydrate like a mofo the last couple days, Bug. I had to get off the T one morning before I overheated and threw up. Especially since I’ve been eating a bunch of VCO at night I always awaken in a pool of sweat.

Did back and bis today. Once I got into it, which wasn’t till the end (lol, went out last night got drunky and ate like poop), it was pretty good. I went to my weekend gym which doesn’t have the best back equipment (for me, even though they have some HS stuff). I looked at Evan’s last one and tried some stuff, but wasn’t a big fan of the HS row (never have been).

Yur partial laterals are stupid heavy, I consider myself somewhat proficient at them, but 80s is cray cray,

Nah, Det and I haven’t partied yet too many times. He feels bad making me look small and frail. The former assumption may be correct, however.

Regarding the partials, yeah I guess they’re decently heavy. I’ve always had relatively strong shoulders, but the load doesn’t really matter too much. I might film them next time I do them because I’m curious to see what they look like now adays when I go that heavy.

Did 25min stairmaster and ab work during my lunch break today, btw. Legs tomorrow.
