Chest thickness is something I’ve had along the way so you can thank my mom and dad. Arms are improving, but still lag behind quite a bit, especially given my blocky torso (which isn’t apparently from this side shot).

Much need gym destruction today in the arms department. After Thursday’s delt day fiasco, I needed to redeem myself. Using Evan’s latest as a template (looked rly sexy), I had some fun.

10min stepmill warmup, PVC rolling, etc

Seated supinated DB curls / seated hammer curls / EZ preachers: Arms together on everything unless noted. I wanted to use machine but some foreign guy took it after my first warmup set and when I said I was using it, and that we should work in together, he looked at me blankly and started doing another set. Grr. Didn’t wanna deal with it.

Today sucked. Forgot to pop some caffeine before heading out the door which was a big mistake. Bought a monster en route to the gym (which does nothing for me, btw), which just made my stomach upset with the carbonation. I was falling asleep throughout the workout, and just couldn’t get into it. Eff working out without some sort of good stim going. That, plus trying some psycho MD Evan workout… sjkzlgfzldfldfjg. W/e. My legs got pumped to shit at least.

Long, frustrating day of work today, but I did well eating-wise, so I was nice and bloofy when I got into the gym. Jacked up the stim dose to make up for sunday and had myself a sexual chest + tris workout. Don’t think i’ve ever pumped so much blood (lol) into my longhead (lolx2) before. Went in a few different directions on a whim and due to the situation and it turned out nicely.

Low-incline DB press: 2sec stretch, 2sec squeeze. For some reason, this got my forearms REALLY pumped (residual pump from Saturday?) and made the subsequent exercises very difficult. I mean, PAINFULLY pumped, like couldn’t make a fist at all. My one gifted bodypart… lol.
