Chest thickness is something I’ve had along the way so you can thank my mom and dad. Arms are improving, but still lag behind quite a bit, especially given my blocky torso (which isn’t apparently from this side shot).

Much need gym destruction today in the arms department. After Thursday’s delt day fiasco, I needed to redeem myself. Using Evan’s latest as a template (looked rly sexy), I had some fun.
10min stepmill warmup, PVC rolling, etc
Seated supinated DB curls / seated hammer curls / EZ preachers: Arms together on everything unless noted. I wanted to use machine but some foreign guy took it after my first warmup set and when I said I was using it, and that we should work in together, he looked at me blankly and started doing another set. Grr. Didn’t wanna deal with it.

Standing one-armed OH DB extension: slow negative, stretch, flex long head hard at top. With this mirror set up I can see myself from behind as well, so it’s nice to watch your arm doing work.
