Beast chest session I must say. From getting in late last night, I didn’t sleep much and was dragging ass all day, falling asleep during a boring webinar… and I had a bit of a mild headache that wouldn’t go away. Also, not sure why I had a lot of tightness in my leftside chest/trap/lat/arm/shoulder region. Spent awhile loosening it up and it wasn’t really happening, even after the cable flies, so I figured I was screwed, weight wise. I was wrong.
Thorough warmup

Rope pressdowns / Incline DB curls: Pressdowns first half reps = 1sec squeeze, second half TUT / Curls = hard contraction slow neg.

Stretch. 20min incline walking. Nothing terribly special for the arm work but wasn’t bad. These past couple weeks of work trips and vacay home I feel I’ve let myself go a bit so I’m going to tighten the reigns and see if I can get myself looking better in 1 week’s time when I go to the Dominican Republic for a week with my buddies.
