Had the weirdest off sesh ever for back today. No need to write it out. Tried some stuff, was heavy, did some pump work, rears, then 20 min stairstepper. Back on that horse tomorrow.

To start this whole “lose last week’s bloat” process, I had only EAAs till 3:30, at which point I had 60g of whey and a large salad. Didn’t get to the gym till about 8, before which I had more EAAs and 2 poptarts. So not too much food today. This might turn into a little bit of an off week, we will see. Im also trying use less pre-workout stims (basically down to a caff. pill) and still get the same effect. Not easy. By the end though, I felt pretty good, and I think going for pump emphasis was a good idea. Post workout weight on a scale that supposedly reads heavy was 208… water already dropping. jake, ya I know. doing them high reps, low rest like that is pretty brutal too in a pumptastic sort of way.

Update of last couple days: work has been nuts, been doing pretty long fasts, low cals, appetite has been kinda meh, sick of my own food, yada yada. Went to bed early for me last night, slept well, but was still tired all day. I’ve been a bad boy, Hallowed… As this local burrito shop was having FREE BURRITOS yesterday (or upgrade to a BIG size for a dollar), I managed 2 burritos for dinner last night for the price of 1 dollar. Winning. Was eating with my bud and we had some candy as well. SIlly perma-bulkers.

Totally forgot to post up last night’s training, prob because it was quite forgettable. I was at work pretty late for a friday, stressful day in general, and was feeling “blah” and had a hard time getting into it… didn’t really at all, but got some blood in at least. Been kind of a “meh” week of lifting… Will play it by ear, but may take a couple days off (or more) after today. Being tired, plus having painfully sore muscle groups (legs and chest) takes it out of me I guess? /whine

Aggar, spar, thanks guys for your input.  Regarding traps, I think it?s the pose/lighting combo that makes them look nonexistent (they are completely in shadow, and spread), but traps are IMHO one of my  thicker/stronger bodyparts, especially from the rear.  Of course they could always be bigger though. :slight_smile:
 
Crazy arm workout was crazy.  Stimmed up, fasted, but motivated.  Good combo.
 
Quick warmup, I was already sweaty from the stims and the walk over, ready to kill it.
