HOPING to get in a session tomorrow, but we will see. Eating clean is tough in times of high stress.

lol, apparently all you need is 3-4 days off, shitty eating, and a completely sedentary lifestyle to go from “oh hey i look okay” to “loldouevenlift.jpg”. I think peeps in the gym must have thought I came off cycle or something.
Anyways, I might have a day or two of not getting off super late… we will see how things unravel. Got off at 7:30 tonight, and went in for a much needed back sesh. Kept things pretty simple, and threw in some hamstring work at the end.
A note about eating: So I’ve been trying to combat the ill effects of shitty restaurant over-eating that I do when stress levels are high with extending my leangains-style fast into the afternoon, doing humapro in the morning, around 1, then eating around 3 or 4. Today though, I got busy right when I was gonna eat, so I ended up just having a protein bar, and snackin on grapes, and apple, and bagel chips (lol, damn offices). Then I didn’t leave till about 7… on an empty stomach, already feeling kinda burnt out. REGARDLESS, obvi I needed to get over this hump, so I put in work.
Warmup, feel like an uncoordinated stiff asshole (lol mental image). this started wearing off by the end I guess. untrained feeling sux.

Chances are high that tonight will be a relatively late night, so I snuck away during lunch to blast my pecs (and tris, and bis). It went quite well, and I think I?m back to not looking totally untrained! People were being especially annoying and kept jumping on the equipment I wanted to us, so I kinda free-balled it. The main point of today was to hit inclines as a primary movement, and they felt pretty damn good. Well try to push these up quite a bit in the coming weeks/months.
Quick warmup
Low incline bench - - did these in the squat rack (OH SICK BURN). Placement of everything felt really good. I?d also like to note that I wish I had warmed up for a few more minutes, especially my back. Lats and mid-back are fried, which always makes benching a little bit uncomfortable, hahah.
