Buffet Training No More

WHAT THE HELL? I just got my singlet and wraps from monster muscle that I ordered almost a month ago. I even emailed them two weeks ago, and they said they were waiting on the knee wraps but they would send the singlet right away. There was an extra t-shirt in there, I’m sure as a don’t hate us consolation prize. Too late, I hate them.

DON’T ORDER THINGS FROM MONSTER MUSCLE IF YOU WANT IT TO ARRIVE EVEN CLOSE TO ON TIME

Wait…so does that mean you and Molly shared a pee-soaked singlet?

it was still pee-soaked, just not with molly’s pee. the guys thought it would work like some kind of magic potion… who knows.

oh and just because i’m a HUGE feta fan. like, it’s silly. ask your coach if the macros fit

8oz feta
8oz cream cheese
1/2c cottage cheese
3 whole eggs
dash salt and baking powder <<-- i’ve made it before without those and it turned out fine, not as fluffy but fine.
^^^^^
mix well

i portion it out into those little foil baking cups and freeze em. when it’s not frozen (sometimes i leave it in a glad container in my fridge. good for about a 3-4 days) i bake it at 350 for 15-18 min.

Thanks for the recipe. It looks tasty. I’ll have to clear it with the boss. Hmm, I wonder if that amazing peanut butter fudge you made is allowed. A girl can dream right?

I’ve made it 3 days and 11 hours and counting on this crazy ass cutting diet. HEre are some observations:

  1. I am VERY irritable. My cursing has increased exponentially

  2. My perceived strength is of superhuman proportions. I was mowing my lawn yesterday and it was having a bit of trouble starting, I had to count to 10 because all I could think about was picking it up at its base and hurling it into the street (It just needed some gas).

  3. I see two possible outcomes: (1)prison (2)the fiber pills will kick in and I will adjust to the decreased calories and carb intake. Here’s hoping for option 2!

How is your partner in crime holding up on the diet? Is she actually attempting to do it? =D

BTW, we get to lift in 6 hours! SQUATS!!! WHOO HOO!!! =D

She’s actually doing really well. She has only cursed your name a few times, but it was loud.

She might come to the gym tonight (I wouldn’t hold your breath though). It will be her second time since we got the membership. Every little bit is progress. She wanted to know if I could help her a bit even though we will be lifting. I figured with 5 of us, there would be a bit of time in between sets.

See you tonight. I’m excited to start lifting some weights. I think it will help with anger management!

HAHA!!
if anyone can do this, it’s YOU!!

hmm, I think I’ll have some oatmeal for breakfast…j/k

Oh, ha! This has happened to me since I started lifting, and especially when I’m eating under maintenance. (My superstition is it’s testosterone.) I literally had to walk out of a party after fifteen minutes because I knew I was going to say something rude to one of the people I’m not fond of.

Just one thing to note…if you’re eating below maintenance AND going low carb, don’t get too pissy if your lifts suck for a little bit. Use the anger, but listen to your body. I’ve gone below maintenance and low carb before and still tried to push it in the gym and literally almost passed out while talking to Todd after. I was white.

I have this effect on women. Perhaps I should start to use deodorant?

Well I guess that depends. If they pass out you can drag them back to your cave by their hair.

I think I experienced this a bit last night during my accessory work. I got a little light headed doing reverse lunges. Speaking of last night, it was my first time lifting since the competition.

Box squat:
5@165
5@175
8@190 This set I was supposed to do as many reps as possible. It was vomitous!

reverse lunges:
2x12@95
1x10@85

Pallof presses:
2x12@27.5
1x10@27.5
1x8@22.5

Sled pull/walking/racing (whoops) for appx 20 minutes

I wanted to die but I was a lot nicer at the end of the workout. By the time I got home I felt like a lump of weakness. My legs haven’t felt this painful in a while!

prison happens only if you get caught. yes, i’ll help you hide the body (bodies?)

Don’t be telling my secrets!

You would help hide the bodies…Now that’s a true friend!!!

No worries, this one’s between you and me. I say, everyone’s got to get some love in their own special way.
