Bench press with press command
5x115
5x125
5x135
They all felt pretty easy!
You never had many friends did you? I hate you.
x 4 million
What am I even supposed to say to this…I’m sorry that my genetic superiority in upper body strength causes you to seethe with hatred towards me?
Something like that I guess. Just wait 'till you post another fail video.

I’m sure it won’t be long. I have to squat tomorrow, which will inevitably lead to me looking ridiculous while trying to squat sub par amounts of weight. Last week, Jim said to try to lower the weight more quickly to get a bounce off the bottom. So I did more of a free fall and ended up on my knees with a weight I can squat for reps of at least 5.

So what you’re trying to say is Molly should have the camera trained on you at all times to provide us with hours of entertainment?
Not only will speeding your squat give you the bounce, but it should also help you hit depth better. Case in point: In the video of my squats (the 2nd set is on FB), the ones where I’m high are the ones I’m slow. As soon as I go down with speed, I hit my depth.
Jim sounds like a pretty smart dude. What’d he do to have to put up with all the hookerface antics?

I could probably have my own Youtube channel!
I would feel sorry for Jim, but I think he enjoys it.
I’m working on finding a happy medium between slow and free fall!
Today was FAN FLIPPING TASTIC. Best squat day EVER. I got to experience the love hate relationship better known as knee wraps.
Started with a long warm up and foam rolling
5x145 belt
5x155 belt and wraps
-It hurt so good!
5x185
-Depth was my middle name on these. I could have stayed in the hole and performed a song and dance at depth before I came up if the damn knee wraps didn’t hurt so bad. I felt much more confident and stable with the weight. I can’t wait until next week when we get to do heavy weight with the wraps.
October Girl,
I’m glad the videos are helpful. Lately they have been really helpful because I have really been working on fixing my deadlift and making sure I hit depth on squats.
Monday, April 27th DEADLIFT
5x200
3x225
1x275 This was supposed to be 250 but Jim just had me lift what was already on the bar and made me do it before I had time to figure out how much it was. It came up very easy and felt great. My max from moving day of Max strength was a very ugly 280 so I’m very excited about hitting this with ease. Pepe Paparazzi (MMGALB) got a video of it to post.

That’s awesome!!! I find it less mentally stressful to not know what’s on the bar until after you do it. That way you don’t have time to tell yourself you can’t…
