I have started using the ab wheel since I moved gyms. It’s easier to set up with less room. They feel the same to me.

I’m definitely at the driving everyone nuts stage. If this is how it is for a little personal test, I can’t imagine how I will be before my competition. I’m going to get booted out of the house.

Frank N. posted on fb that I should be eating ice cream and gravy (naked). That’s the Niagara bulk diet.

I came home sick today (damn fevers) so am not training tonight. However, this too will be my motivation next time I train. I think it’s good to have anger when lifting heavy shit and I think Bartl is getting sick of it being all directed at him ![]()

Over all I’m pretty happy abou the progress these last few months.
I feel like I should have been able to squat more. I think I got intimidated of the weight on my back. I had no expectations with the deadlift so that was just fun. With the bench I think I could have made 190 but the guy spotting me thought 185 looked so easy that I should just go to 195. He ended up helping me although I probably could have powered through it. I was exhausted by this point and was ready to be done.

I love that. You’ve made great progress. I hate you for your bench. Also I can empathise with the stress of the weight on your back squatting. For some reason, even though I squat well, I find it the scariest.

Wow! That is great progress on your lifts:) 50lbs on your bench is amazing is such a short period of time. I am lucky to add 5 or 10lb in a year. Congrats!!!
