Anyone have any feedback about any of Bud Jeffries’ training manuals? I am thinking about purchasing his Twisted Conditioning or Martial Arts Conditioning manuals; but, I would be interested in hearing feedback from others who have seen them. Anything new or different? Good or bad? Worthwhile Purchase??
I enjoyed them. He definately has some interesting ideas about how to train multiple qualities at once. He does cover a lot of exercises, some new, some old that one could incorporate into training.
He also does sections on strongman training, odd object lifting, alternative conditioning exercises and he does give some example templetes. If you are an information sponge like me, then by all means pick them up.
