BSN Official Sponsor of UFC

Wow, that 16 yr old punk is pretty bad ass and super smart too. Maybe I should get advice from him.

When has anyone recommended mega-dosing anything other than fish oil? Fuck, Spike says right on the packaging to only take one. Fucking dorks.
I take the whole pack with my morning mug of rusty nails.

Be a man.

For some reason, people really buy into this NO-xplode crap. One of my friends is convinced that it works, but he also told me that creatine was a kind of steroid…

i dont even take any BSN products but does anyone have any legitiment reason as to why they hate the supplement? i hear a lot of people bash it and i do too myself from time to time but i just do it cause everyone on here does it. aside from them going to court over NO Xplode does anyone have any legit reason to hate their other products?

not sure if it’s been mentioned. But they were taken to court over false label claims. That right there is enough to never buy from them
Is that true??? Holy crap I didn’t hear that! Well its about time…but it doesn’t seem to be affecting them with this new ufc partnership! So does that mean no more Xience??? Well BSN is a half step up from xience i guess…lol

yes, they had a suit filed against them for their creatine product. Stated it contained some special CEM3 technology, when in fact it was nothing but creating monohydrate.

I can’t really fathom why once someone is told that they would buy from the company at all

I know! Yah I’ve noticed when I was up at a supplement shop just looking around that all the bsn products have those silly things like CEM3 technology on their creatine suposidly (Ethel Ester) or on their protein AMINOGEM Technology lol its supposidly the best strains of amino acids to produce growth…lol But people keep buying the stuff! Just look in the suplements thread theres still one there on NO - EXPLODE and I doubt there going anywhere soon!

So which is suppsed to be better anyway: monohydrate or ethyl ester?

Although ive not tried it, i’v heard CEE doesn’t have to be loaded, cycled and won’t leave you with water retention or bloating; so they are real gains.
Anyone know if this is true?

I find Monohydrate to be better and it doesnt have to be loaded! However I do cycle it not because of any real reason I just like to take a break and switch things up and then give it a try again after a month or so just to see whats working and whats not working!

Yea i’m defo going to stick with Biotest creatine…cheap and effective.
