Yesterday I did not return go to the gym but did do pull ups
3 sets of 10, 6, 4, wanna be L’s x sets of 3-5 ss with cleaning my house.
Today was just some mild cardio at the gym until it was warm enough to walk. I am still sore in my traps though! NICE!!!
Its going to be a weirdo work week schedule this week which could work to my favor or blow up to a crazy mess up week. That’s ok, I’m in a fairly chill vibe until I get back in a solid training track-- its a good opportunity to built bonus points for my job and I like my Overnight buds too much not to help.
I did make the haul to the famous Iron Warier to see just how far it is-- its far! I hope you guys tell me how it is once its set up in the new place. If its got a good space for carries I will check it out for winter/vampire 24 lifting space. It won’t be too long of a drive at 2am at least!

Please send pictures Z! I’m interested in it for a winter carry spot. I don’t want to loose those during the cold icey months. Winter requires me to actually do outside work after 7am which is FAR too late! —only partially joking there…umm…welll… Not at all a joke actually!! HA HA HA!

Front squats and home cooked meals; what more could a girl want? Except maybe, to skip all those dam squats (at 4am), and sleep in once in awhile??

PPPPFFFTTT! God Almighty the last 40 hours or so have been…yeah… Monday was a regular shift but had a really draining emotional case I had to hold physically in my arms and watch suffer breathing and choking for hours—a young dog who had carbon monoxide toxicity after being in a housefire-- then watch the owners decide to put it on a ventilator…to euthanize hours later. Owners don’t get it often in theses tragic accident cases, they forget euthanasia is a kindness we owe our animals. Shitty.
Also a sad puppy who should ave been euthanized 24 hours earlier took the whole day to get it done- owners reachig for miraclesas well, it was a stu pid day! Draining and sad. I got home to try and sleep a bit before a 1am shift today and kinda sorta slept a handful of hours in way. Work today was easiet patient-wise but I was super slap happy and crazed. Made it though !
Anywho, went home and took a nap and lifted a bit

Tried this cluster deadzo stuff that was suggested by Z I pulled the wt for a rep then stood up and waited x 10-15 seconds. I did 315 x the cluster stuff x a total of 5 singles.
Then I needed to get and strech out so I went to the field and did carries
112#/arm x 570 feet straight shoot, then x 500 feet straight shoot, x 70 feet back to car
Back to the gym to do misc things

Some sleep last night but I did wake early today. I didn’t need to be up but I was so I dunced around at home.doing pull ups.
6 sets of 5 pull ups as I waited until gymzo opened at 3:30. Geared up in head to toe Addidas to party and just do whatever for a little bit to defragment
At the gym-

tried some misc row machine, then decided to do 3 pull ups on every pull up station I found, there maybe 5 or 6 around that place.
Did the wild hamstring machine no one uses x a set of 10 and got the giggles!! AH HA HA!!! This thing is ridiculous! I mean its a serious hamstring workout BRO. OH MY GOD

My work felt sorry for me and let me go home early yesterday thank god. I was hopping curbs while driving tired. I napped and luckily got to get my stupid DMV stuff over with and catch up on errands and then some more sleep. Fell tons better today compared to this time yesterday.

I had some weird stretch in my right sided inner spiny area of my back from dead lifts Tuesday so I didn’t push it for wt today. Instead did longer distances.
Anywho, the carries totally sent me into a serious sweet nap this morning that had REM sleep, dreams, all of it, and it was a couple hours long! A wonderful gift for the carries is being DIRT tired after! EYEAHAHAHA!!! My kinda lifting for sure.

I’m getting better at the wanna b’s. I closed up my hand placement for this set and it was easier lat wise but had the ab action in full effect. My goal for the L’s is abs not lats.
