Really plain, short,…not exiting not really big lifts here lately…well for the last few months at least :{ My diet kinda is lame in the sense its really bland from some gi issues…and also…I just am not gun hoe for stuff as I used to be. I do miss the urgant drive but I hope its only a time of dormancy and not a lull that leads to loser lifting thing.

well Tuesday was a no go for stuff since my back was not up for it yet–I ended up with just doing warm up fs, facepulls and cable rows and not anything else
Weds’s fs were not so hot but here they are:

I think the walks in the morning tire me out–its hot and wild when we go but there’s no other real option to change that or change when I go to lift so I’ll either get over it over not. Here’s to fall coming soon and the temp dropping.

My pulls ups were kinda wild yesterday: 2 sets of 10, 4 ste sof 8
then wider grip ones for sets of 3-5 for a total of 90.

I called in sick for a mental health day at work…ARGH. I’m glad I did too…too much to think about that won’ be helped by work aggro and drama. I will say that I should get better at brushing off the constant negative vibes…or just get my act together and save some money to move…to get a better job.
All in all nothing walking with Moss won’t make a bit more manageable.

Had a lot of stuff go down this week. My rent at my place has suddenly become $90 more a month come time to sign a new lease. Making it far out of my price range. So I very well could be moving soon, and moving on in other areas of my life. Friday was a day of angst and stress and worry, today is a day of excitement for new paths I may follow in the near future. We’ll see!!
