did facepulls, rope rows, pull downs, db snatches and that’s that.

Happy to see things are going so well with the dog. Looks like fun. Great photos.

Your dog has those super expressive eyes, my old lab had that same look, really smart and a bit of a trouble maker too. Thanks for the puppy update. As always training is looking strong.

Today I did a start up for the Coan Philip dl program. I have used this before --and it did not work that great–but i want just a mindless thing to do for a bit to get my deads back in action.

deads 205x3, 255x3, 285x3, 290x3
speed deads 225x8 x 3 sets rest 60 secs between sets
then this circuit
sldl 185x8
bent over rows 95x8
lat pull downs x8
ssb gm’s 85 x 8
rested about 30 seconds between each lift, did 4 circuits

Then some ghr’s.

It’s hotter then the sun again today and ME and Moss just are scorching it on the walks.

OH MAN. Last few days have been wild. My twin had to get emergency surgery…lots of other scary personal stuff going on. but its ok now! i hope! god do I hope! i’m so grateful though too for how lucky she was…

Consul–he’s my dog so he does NOT bench! :)! we might join a urban sled team though…once I figure out how big he’s going to be he will be put to work respectively!

I’m kinda superstitious about this but also pretty surprised that I’ve some how lost about 8 pounds over the last month. Its great but I’m not real sure of the cause! And I for sure don’t want to jinx anything. However I’m enjoying this slight shift of wt. My abs I think show it the most which is NEVER where I loose wt first–??? but I’m NOT COMPLAINING! I’ll happily enjoy it and hope it lasts.
