Moss should be coming home with me tonight after work. He’s perked up a lot and his diarrhea was minimal as of when I left work at 1am, eating well too. I got got my place all ready for him whiel I was dong pull ups last night. Crate is together , got my training cones, its all set ![]()
Last nights pull ups were not that great but I don’t care. I did them a day early and also I’m just excited for my baby to come home. I rushed them too because I just wanted them over with.

I predict my training might be more of keeping things greasy instead of progress for lifts and stuff while I get acclimate to having a freaking stinking cute lovemuffin all of my own ![]()

monday I really wanted to do deadlifts but no other part of my body did! I just had no ommp at all.

went to another gym to try again and did nothing but try things and stop. I do hate days like this but I gave it 2 tries…just no gas. Its hotter then the sun and I walked an hour with Moss before all this but still its what it is.
I’ve also mysteriously dropped some wt but all I can tell is the scale changing and not any sweet new cuts or whatever. I doubt its muscle loss, I doubt its fat either! Probably just some rust and grim my bones built up from lack of dog love that is now being wisked form my system .
MAN. Hell on earth week at work. Thank god I have a wonderful ball of lvoe to distract and keep me content at home. My Mossimo! He’s stitching into my heart ever so swiftly
7 people quit at my clinic this month. 4 of which who have worked there at least 5 years, 2 for a little over a year, and one just came and fled within 2 months. New people to train and paths to smooth so the patients get the best possible care while busting ass being short handed and …disgruntled…and no raises…and …yep Its busy. Its hot. …just thank god for my pooper to keep me so happy and also quite busy.
Lifiting has not been that great but not awful either, and I’m uninjured, just wiped out and still adjusting. I do know that my general cardiovascular preparedness is down…but not really willing to get myself to amend it. I’ll just be walking more and more as Mossimo grows up so I’ll try and use that as a patch on the problem for now .

OH 2b!!! I would love a vacation!! HA! I think next week I might play hookie a bit…if I can…But man, how nice would a li road trip be? Lots of sodas and gas stations to get treats and stuff…maybe next year!
Today was bulgarian day. I am so behind on them as well as ohs so I did them too. Some malignant alien is attacking my big toe. It feels like its about twice the size it normally is!! I can’t see anything that could be the culprit unless a sneaky bit of nail is growing wild. Toe talk.
