:)! I’m not to the point of posting them in vids just yet… because they are far better but still not the cleanest pull ups. They indeed are getting much better looking --the majority of them look nice, some are wonkey but it gets better–and for that I am pleased.

Today I tried something differnat and did some fronites after work. They went ok. They still are feeling so much harder then they should be, and even though my numbers are down, I think I’m still giving the same amount of effort if that makes sense. Just the slow hole to China …slow hole…

Once I have something worth filming I will :{ MEHHHASHHH. I haven’t taped anything worthy of posting in I don’t know how long . I have started doing my pull ups in bra and panties as a celebration…so NO vids of those until I feel far more spicy or when I or the pull ups look THAT good so in reality it’ll be…not anytime soon.

I do pull ups, then math problems…then pull ups…its a dweeby scene in my house.

However things went ok today. I got slashed by a seriously angry cat today on my palm at work trying to hold it for a euth catheter so I thought uh maybe not tonight , but after a few hours it was a super slick razor cut and the skin meshed up ok. I’ve been annoyed by my co workers so I game home all irritated, elitist, and defiant.

Hey Brutiful strong girl! Your pullup numbers are fantastic. And your lifts, sheesh. I want to go lurk your very first log to see where they were then. You have to be so proud.

HA HA!! Thanks 2b!!..argh! I am behind on those high rep fronites! Becasue man alive I was sore --still a bit sore --three days later! Nice though! I have not been sore what seems like a long time in my quads, I think I’m going to stick wiht volume fronties for a while and beefy up my legs , well maybe just make em wake up more!

PUFF!!! THANKS!!! :)!!! I appreciate that! I dunno if my numbers per se have gone up that much over the years…but I am proud that I at least am fairly consistent in at least doing something, and also I am far less crazy and anxiety driven to go wild. I’m learning!

Pull ups I am proud of! really proud!! I started with 5 sets of 2 --and that killed me-- about a year and a half ago. And I want to make sure I constantly say they are not the best form wise, but they are getting better every week! I trust the advise my pull up guru told me–just work the sets and they will get better looking as you get stronger, it’ll work out and so far it has.

OH!!! I am waiting for a new love to get ready for me! Someone left a big crate infornt of my work saturday morning–just dropped it off and left. Inside was a lil puppy who was very sick --serious parvo. well, he’s perking up now, I was his nurse the last few days and got the ok to adopt him. Its been so long since I fell in love with a pooper. Nearly a year since Nigel.

Just need to get him thru the rest of his parvo treatment–he was really really sick. SO I predict at least a few more days in the hospital and with my fingers crossed I’m hoping he’ll pull thru. If so he’ll be my dog!
I couldn’t sleep the last two nights…just thinking of him:)

Honestly, you should be so proud of your pullups. You almost always see lots of pullups in some munchkin under 110 pounds, (not me, but other munchkins who are stronger) which makes it even more rockin’. Shades of Nadia, it tell ya! Remember how we all drooled over her pullups? I know she’s still got 'em. Thanks for sharing the 411.

THANK you Puff!!! I appreciate you saying that!! You’re right that I’m no 110 pound chick at all, I am proud of my lats hefting all of me up and down! All of my mass is seriously in my legs butt and sometimes my sausage gut.

I signed ownership stuff so he’s mine now just need to get over the parvo! I’m so pleased…and nervous wanting him to get better. SO EXCITED TOO!! I’m a tech though…and there’s some bad parvo cases…I jsut hope he’s over the worst of it and is on the upward trend.
