SPOCK!! Um…no. No cool equipment for me. I have a dog leash …that I tied some 2.5# plates to…and I loop it thru my belt loops of mah pants!! :D!! I am not cool enough to do the feet holdy wt thing even if I tried real hard. SO I have the dog leash belt.

Works! SO far not enough wt to be trouble some.

I’m going to vaguely use the % thing I picked up a while ago. It seems to help start form base level for when I get in a rut with numbers. Also I’m having a OOMPH issue. My oopmh is missing. She’ll come back but in the meantime I’ll await her return.

Today sucked! but not the lifting part! Actually , I can now sya I learned some important personal fact about myself.

To add ot the list of things that make me pee my pants

  1. excessive laughter
  2. vomitting of any type
  3. some max effort deadz…ok some times squats too
  4. extreme PANICKED concern for others well being. <–this is what I learned today!

And I’ll leave it at that. Yep. 31 years old…and I pissed my pants today!! But turns out everyone was fine so it was just convenient that I now had no bladder to be relieved with. But that didn’t stop me form tellgin the world I pissed my pants in my state of panic and freak out. And yes, I had such pants on that no one would have noticed if I had kept my mouth shut.

Before all this I had actually done some gym type stuff. I checked out my a chart I haven’t used in a while, the Prilepin percentage chart. I am I think burned out a bit…and I noticed I had been doing a lot of heavy heavy work over the last few months …for the last few months.

SO I’m going back a bit and doing things in lower range to help my body build up a again. I’d been doing a lot of 90% plus of my maxes for things more often then not. …sometimes I feel this actually works to my favor but I think for now I do indeed need a …deload. I don’t deload so I’m going to just call it working the Prilepin.

LOL on the pants-peeing. I’ve only done that once during training. Pulling a max DL. Completed the pull and turned to my coach and said: “Can I be done? I just peed my pants.” To which he responded: “Oh that happens all the time.”

He tells the story when he was reffing one of the IPF World meets where the first female lifter peed on the platform, the second female lifter peed on the platform, and the third projectile vomited. He said that platform just reeked!

You know, I have a question…I wonder if the more females lift, as in the longer-- over the years kinda thing, the more apt they are at peeing their pants in other situations?? It seems I’ve more cases of near scares of the peein kind the last few years! II’m telling myself that at least :slight_smile:

The wall for social horror at peeing pants does fall down after you’ve done it and gotten a good lift in the process it…its not so mortifying maybe ?? HA! I’d happily except piddles for pr’s.

Well I wasn’t going to post this online in fear of internet snoopy stuff, but I don’t care since its kinda training related sorta. I’m being kinda super lemon sqeezey for deadszo since my body’s …off. Stressed!! And all squeaky joints.

If could be anything, but also the peeing pants incident–why I peeed my pants–was because I was rear ended in my car! And I had just been to the gym and …had a lot of water. I ran out of the car to see if the other person was ok and pissed my self when I saw there car. A MUCH smaller car then mine that was crumbled up in bits. I was afraid they died! :{And peed my relief!!

But everyone was fine. However the last week since it happened I had on and off headaches while I am sleeping! I know this because I wake up and I have a head ache:{ But its a bout 70% of a full headache.

I think I’m really ok but I did get a good amount of impact from the other car who was going at least 40mph or so and I was moving too so it not at a dead stop. Lucky for me, it was a very little car and everyone was unhurt. PHEW…my car is a tank though it does have some bumper damage. VERY lucky all in all.

I think this body achey will dissipate in time, nothing feels horrible or that gut OH NO feeling.

So today’s deadlifts I was expecting nothing at all. I’m ok with what I did. I went very tentatively and stopped when I felt I was ready to.

EI. These felt far too heavy. They were my 55%- 80% range and they felt far to heavy, well the 190’s did. I really was just using the fact that I know 190 is a warm up for me normally to get the reps done>:( It felt that like 3,000!! but I had to remind myself the entire time I know the wt is managable enough vs feeling able to manage it. If that makes sense? Annoying!!

I am familiar with this kinda thing though…I just keep telling myself it will pass and usually at the end of what can be weeks and weeks of rehash, I’ll have a nice surprise -rebuild pr. That is what I am telling myself.

Heard the verdict on my car accident–I am at fault!? BLAHH!!! Whatever! pfft…so anyways I got my car checked out and all that fun stuff. I have to figure out my next step but in the mean time I’m still …dealing with the shock, annoyance, and uneasiness and increased nervey ness driving . Its kinda a good thing though because now I seriously don’t drive any more then I absolutely must. SO less gas, and less running around picking up stuff from stores that I absolutely do not need.

OH! And I dropped my cell phone in a hot tub last night. I am on a roll with the klutzness… I hope this just means I have some major cool stuff ahead or at least a week of improvement to come…

Sorry to hear about the accident. Did I understand that you were rear ended and you are at fault? That seems a bit strange. Usually the driver that rear ends somebody is seen as not stopping at a safe distance. sorry to hear about this and glad you were not hurt.

I’m finding myself very…unmotivated just by life in general. I’m like in vanilla mode and it sucks. It will pass…but for sure this low drive action is effecting my lifts. But I don’t seem to care so its fine for now.

Monday my turbo gym was moving stuff around and I had no deadlift place to do freaking deadlifts, so I tried to no avail. Went to another gym adn by that time I was just worn out form being angry that I couldn’t jus tuse the first gym.

Tuesday I did fs ss with ghr’s. Some how I’ve manage to totally depleted my lifts to just three freaking things–deads, fs, and pull ups. Its liek the only thing I can get myself to do. LOW drive. low drive. MArf.

It will pass I am sure but its shocking how its only come to my attention now. Whatever. Where are my ohs?? My Bulgarians etc, ? and push presses…all so long ago.

So I just started from the bottom.
tuesday’s fs some warm ups then 185x3 x 10 sets. ss with ghr’s x8

Dumped a few fb firnds status updates that have been driving me bannanas. I feel fb has become a haven for bragging, boasting, and celebrating WAY too much trivial things with 8 thousand pictures… Boasting, braggin, babies, and food at some stupids resturaunt or healthy tip shit, or some screaming motto about working hard or busting nuts to prove yourself, victory etc…Basically like a muscle magazine and the ads now that I htink about it.

That’s what was cluttering my freaking feed. NO more!

But then again I am a jerk and love snooping on people I vaguely know…with out being seen. Ah well.

Since when is being a freaking blowhard considered a better mark of character then being modest or just not so in your face! I also have come to the conclusion most of the people I know quite well…I don’t like too much. Familiar but NOT fond. I get caught up in this idea that I actually give a shit…when in fact I’ve always been a bit of a snob and like very few people very much. FB is just a way of highlighting that fact…however i still look and spy on people all the same.
