I really am very very underdeveloped in my triceps, I also have long forearms. I have trie dint eh past and cannot do a proper push up. I shall though!

worked on my squat. 130x5, 165x 4 x 2 sets, 185x3 x 2 sets, 215 x 3 x 5 sets.
I didn’t box squat but just tried elbows forward, chest up as much as I could. Still totally not used to it at all. I’ll post vids so we all can puzzle over my doofyness
I think I have a issue with depth. Before I knew I was retarded years ago I did very high squats, then I was so horrified and this realization I went for deep ones. I think I go to deep and end up screwing myself and have trouble in the hole. I can try box squats some more but I’ve yet to find one that’s a height fit for me at my gyms. Hmmpf.

I remember O saying she put like a thingie on the safety bars she could feel to hit when she’s at depth, like a plastic tie or somehting. HMMM.

First two reps may have been slightly high but the last one looked better Are you getting your KNEES OUT?? KNEES OUT!! Other than that as always your dead lifts look amazing!! Also pushup look good, and I think making more of a habit of them might transfer to some bench gains as long as they are not doing funny stuff to your wrists.
Oh owlie…I know…my squat is currently in a complete overhaul. Starting form scratch. And knees out are on teh radar for sure.

Ya I realized you were redoing your squat and it looks 10x better then it used to when you were having problems with the goodmorning-ing of the back issues. You are still such a strong squatter! Can’t wait to see you get super efficient and to see the kind of weight you will be able to move :))
