week 4 day one sheiko shakedown
front squats 115x5, 135x4, 155x3x2 sets, 185x3x4 set…i bombed the third rep of set 4 :{ but I got set 5 ok, did a 185 x2 to make up
benchin 75x5, 95x5, 105x4x5 sets
flies 15x10 x 5 sets
some squats trying…still 185x3 x 3 sets,205 x2, 225, 245, then I lost my heart :frowning:
gm’s 135x8
stepmill 20 mins

after this week I’m going to try the meet prep sheiko thing. I doubt I’ll do the meet with my numbers being shit. I probably will try to max, see where I’m at on my deads at least before I do the next program.

Upper back tightness starts with pulling the bar down to acvtivate your lats and simultaneously trying to pinch a pencil between your shoulder blades.

today was supposed to be ohs love day, but I kinda had trouble getting one forty up. As in one arm locked out and lefty was late to follow suit. Had balance trouble and got a few reps, but I figure I can wait a few days. I like my ohs days to be satisfying:) so just stepmill for 20.

I’m tired!! :smiley: my quads feel sore today from yesterday, fine by me. :slight_smile: Because it was meant to be me not lifting today : I rolled by the goodwill and scored a cute loveseat and some sweat addidas pants–all for under 40bucks. I hope this one lasts longer then the last one.

Nigel’s on lock-down when not supervised with all furniture now. he spotted it when I moved it in and he starts unicorn jumping and hauling ass in circles around it … matter of time but at least it is cheap !! I’m over of having nothing but barstools to sit on.

some more bazaaro squats. I swear I was trying to do them right. but check out my uneven hips. I could always see them on ohs but never really noticed them on regular ones.
