All the single ladies should do them. Secret OHS lover…![]()
Texican!!! That’s a issue for me!!! THINKING while doing squats. I’ve been on auto drive for thousands of years You’re absolutely right. I gotta think…and squat? FUCK :{ I think enough while benching …and I hate it.

pull up assignment is done 8 sets of 4, 2 sets of 3. :)[/quote]
Hate it… Maybe. But you CAN do it… And you only have to do it with the really heavy weight. Mindless warm up sets probably ok ![]()

Gonna have to disagree Hallowed… sorry, dear!
You have to ingrain the thought process from rep one, set one. Attack all warm up sets like they’re heavy and treat all heavy sets like they’re light. (if that makes sense)
I had to do that and my squat is a thousand times better. Every lift is actually. It takes time and I know you’re impatient, kinda like me! But we have to do this to get ourselves into auto pilot when the weight gets heavy enough to pop our eyes outta their sockets. Last but not least, NO MIRRORS!!! I tell all my trainees that and it makes a world of difference. You don’t squat with the front of your body, so why are you looking at it? When you can feel the posterior chain throughout the movement, you’re doing it right!
Also, I almost got shot today. haha EXCITEMENT EVERYWHERE!!! YAYYYYYY!!!

That’s nuts. You be careful!

Sorry to hijack, Brute. I owe you something… name your price!
It was just a training exercise with a jumpy, young kid. Not the first time or the last. At least the weapon didn’t go off this time. Crazy kiddos! I have been shot at more in training than real life… scary!
Ok, hijack over. ![]()
